It seems like Money is right there, and everything is under control, but please don't take this lightly. In a second, things could unnecessarily change with one second, one instant of hand slipped, carelessness etc My uncle had a very bad accident from a knife like this as a 4 year old, and hasn't recovered completely till now... He's now in his 60s.
