Oh my goodness my dear's. I received you're lovely card and have it displayed as I watch this video. I still haven't caught up on the vlogs because I've had 3 sicknesse's of flu in a row. Please, please, I pray you are better off in the countryside, than here, in the cities. The virus's are non- stop. I really love Christmas Pudding. A lot of people prefer to make them way in advance. I have no problem with aged Christmas Pudding, but I find them equally delicious when they are fresh. This year my friend made one the day before and I cannot tell you how sublime it was! Living without a kitchen is a hassle, but easier than living without a bathroom! Thank you for the video!

Yes usually they put RUM IN these to really flavor up. No booze in our Puddings tho.maybe RUM flavoring only if she had any. My mother used to always make a white butter sauce for Christmas pudding also or a Carmel sauce. I have made my own Christmas puddings several times and gave them away too. I even had one at Easter a few times I froze in freezer uncooked in a glass jar!!! OH God I'm getting Hungry now. They r so 👍 awesome💗

The kitchen renovation sounds exciting. I don’t remember the existing flooring, but agree if you’re not satisfied this is the time to make a change. It was good to see that you had a good New Years Eve. The red cabbage which your father used is the same brand which I use. It seems to be international. I liked that he added the onions, bay leaf and cloves. I have never added these, but will try in the future. Looking forward to the renovations. Happy New Year.

Like everyone else I loved the whistle show lol.. so funny. It all went off really well and looked as magical as ever. My 3 days of feasting and feeding was up in the 35-37 degrees here in Melbourne!!! It was a shocker, but the show has to go on doesn't it! I sent a thank you for the lovely Christmas card, but thank you again it was a lovely surprise. Most of my cards arrived after Christmas, we have shocking mail problems here. Morning Stuart & Patrick, yea, now the celebrations are over as good and wonderful as they were, now it is shoulder to the wheel. A pity about the unwell guests, but better to stay away and get better, then those that could attend, it all looked jolly and a lot of fun as good food had been enjoyed. That is so typical with a terrier placing it's face on the table! Just trying to see if anything was available!! Wishing you all the very best with the renovation projects, it will go well. Just keep calm and think of the end result, it will be so worth a bit of inconvenience. Happy days take care.
