The Pivot's no-nonsense format is so refreshing in our follow-the-ratings "Hot Take" sports journalism culture. It's so exhausting to constantly hear about just a few athletes and teams ad nauseam. Seems you brothers are providing an atmosphere where your guest can be authentically-vulnerable and "keep it real" in the best sense of the phrase. For me, it makes y'all the best sports entertainment out here bar none. Hopefully others in the market will follow your lead and find the stones to showcase the depth and breath the modern-athlete. Thanks for the pivot - pun intended.

I remember doing food delivery to a building in jersey city NJ downtown area, and I’ve been to the building many time and the lounge when you walk in, is always loud, but this day it was very quiet and you only heard a few voices. As I’m walking I see someone with a black and yellow jacket(I’m a Steelers fan so any black and yellow combo, I look and I was also wearing my Steelers hoodie under my coat this day), and I looked around and saw it was only a few people there. As I got closer, I saw Ryan, Fred, and Channing and instantly got hyped and said to the front desk guy “ yoooo that’s RC, they filming I Am Athlete” and he had told me that Ocho cinco was on the phone earlier. I thought nothing of it other than another i am athlete episode. And yea I snuck a pic of all three of them from outside the window because they were filming and I couldn’t ask for one lol. But a week or two go by and I see a thumbnail for THE PIVOT and I see Ryan in that same black in yellow jacket that I saw him in when I was delivering. I clicked and never stopped clicking since. Also my body was in the episode. My face wasn’t but part of my body got on camera.

As a South African that's only just garnered interest in American Football, I was already a fan of RC since I'd been an avid fan of Basketball, but due to his appearances on First Take... But then I hadn't an inkling as to whom Channing and FT were... But then a year later, I wish to intimate how inordinately gracious I am to have followed The Pivot from the first episode... The ingredients are just so meticulously incorporated... Transitions from the calm demeanor of everyone in the episodes whilst attentively listening to your quests, to the stupid sense of humor , and then the impeccable cerebral acuity portrayed by these former athletes, it makes for a beautiful final dish... Your chemistry is impeccable, and I believe it all stems from how you all let it all come through organically.... I enjoy your episodes usually once I'm done with Court or Morning meetings and I just sit back and refresh... Again felicitations gentlemen 🥂... 💙🙏🏾
