Yummy! Andrey, after squeezing lemon they can also add fish sauce to the arroz caldo if none available some more salt and more pepper if they like the arroz caldo a bit spicy. You're mom got it right this time. The glutinous rice usually absorbs the broth while it is cooling down. Just add hot water to the arroz caldo to make it soupy again. To make it tasty add salt again and ground black pepper plus the lemon and sliced leeks or onion leaves. Adding more squeezed lemon makes the arroz caldo more delicious plus more salt in the bowl. You can also put cheese inside the dough instead of sweetened coconut for variation. Anya learns quickly. Everything she cooked is delicious.
