As a pro chef, I’ve always told friends in the past that “I’d rather break my car window then use boxed cake mix” bc now I’ve mastered making cakes by scratch with no recipe, but in terms on doing things last minute or just use the cake itself as a component for another dessert I agree to use it 100%

Patti LaBelle has a pancake mix that's pretty good. I have a box of Dollys pancake mix also but I haven't prepared it yet. I must say no pancakes are better than Gemmas Blueberry pancakes. ❤
