Whenever Heidi and Spencer feel threatened they revert to children. They're behavior is nearly a perfect imitation of the ten year olds I work with, when they feel disliked by the other kids they pretend that it doesn't bother them and they laugh about it until they can't put up a front anymore and they crack and burst into tears. It's obvious to me that Spiedi are desperate to be liked and that the housemate's words destroys them because they've been torn apart by the media and all really they want is for someone to be loyal and kind to them. If they could do it again they would not have clapped, they just acted it without thinking as children do. As annoying as they are, I feel for Heidi and Spencer, what they need is somebody who is very mature to bring them out of that state of immaturity that they use as a safe zone, instead they just feed off each others immaturity and drag each other down.

I know this is an old season but i went back to watch it for heidi and spencer... was rooting for them until this episode, i know its just a game but they can't even say sorry, he really has changed her, she used to be so loving and caring about others now its like she needs him every second to live, i could see in other episodes she does what he says and its pretty upsetting to watch, i truly hope shes happy. i feel like this was the life he wanted not her as she loves the outdoors and he likes attention and fame.

the difference between 'speidi' and Claire is Claire doesn't admit this is a game. she pretends emotions are the be all end all in this game and the most emotional has the most power. in normal situations that might work most of the time but speidi don't matter in the uk. all they are is what the people want them to be. the people want them to be as entertaining as they can be and get out. they want an antagonist for their protagonist Ryland. which is exactly why they finish in their respective places. this is a game of people fitting in where the public wants them to and if they don't in a brilliant way they never make it

Well when you join something like this it's best to take things with a grain of salt but there's no drama in that lol which is what gets the viewers.
