To be fair to Gordon Ramsay, he mainly gets pissed when a RESTAURANT uses frozen food. There's a difference between going out to eat and expecting a nice fresh dish (especially when it's advertised as that), only to be served a frozen microwave dish, and getting youreself a frozen meal to eat at home. Whether they're good or not is.. Another thing entirely

the gordon ramsey meal is likely not super associated with him. That specific "Chef" line does a while bunch of different chefs and doesn't include their first name (notice it's "chef ramsey" not "gordon ramsey") and the picture of him is very old. The consensus is that likely this might be the result of something he signed like 20-30 years ago.

I once waited for like an hour in a line at the “Gordon Ramsay’s fish and chips” restaurant in Las Vegas thinking it had to be high quality with how fussy le’ top chef he is about food, but no it was low tier fast food/ slight scam vibes. Even the fries I got were bad because I opted for the truffle ones. It was like fast food fries that some European guy with bad breath breathed on heavily with fishy fish that wasn’t fried well because the cooks seemed super rushed since tourists obviously line up all day every day there based on his name recognition/reputation alone. Maybe I’m extra picky with fish and chips cus I’ve had the good kind at a few different places in different states over the years, but my partner was displeased as well with his.
