Celebrity relatives (I've Got a Secret 12/25/61)

As was the case the previous year, the last episode of 1961 features relatives of celebrities. Sam Levenson substitutes for Henry.
(1) Nick Boone (Pat's brother) and Chrissie Burnett (Carol's sister, age 16) sing "Makin' Whoopee."
(2) "The Twinkletoes" are Everett Crosby, Bing's brother; Jim Hope, Bob's brother; and Ridgely Howard, Dorothy Lamour's son.
(3) Eve Morgan (Henry's mother) sings "Water Boy" accompanied by Norman Paris on piano.
(4) Sons of famous men perform as a jazz quartet.
Bass: Randy Kirby, Durward's son.
Trombone: Fred Waring, Jr.
Piano: Darius Brubeck, Dave's son.
Drums: Gene Paul, son of Les Paul and Mary Ford.

Nick Boone died Jan 2023..he did become an architect but decided to become a Social Worker instead as he believed it was his ‘true calling’ and he excelled at it

Well Ridgely Howard who died in 2018 turned out to be quite the man. He was a Marine, CID investigator, ran a national security investigation agency and was a special investigator for the FBI and other government agencies as well as an arson investigator.

Pat Boons brother looked and sounded like him. Carol Burnetts sister I didn't guess. She doesn't have the dynamic voice like Carol. Henry Morgan has a beautiful baritone voice, his Mom alto. I see where he got his sweetness from, it was she. I've seen Bing Crosbys brother Everett in photos, but would not have guessed Bob Hope's brother or Dorothy Lamours son. I didn't know enough about the jazz groups famous folks to make a guess . That was fun. Talent must just run in the families.

Unbelievable watching Gary Moore smoke. There was one episode where a five or six-year- old said to him that he was going to die because he smokes cigarettes and he did end up dying from a cigarette smoke-related illness.
