I freaked Luis Guzman out so bad one time in NYC. I was walking out of Bloomingdale's and he was walking south on the opposite street. I spotted him, caught up and from my side of the street, yelled as loud as I could..."Pachangaaaaa"....The look on his face when he turned around was priceless. He was spooked at first but then I yelled it again, not as loud--and he got it, laughed and waved.

@@GeneralBuckNaked that's good. Too bad guys like Tom Brady and Will Smith didn't go do the same. It's almost like most celebs get sucked into this vicious cycle and then self destruct. God and family should always come first. I wish them the best. Keanu Reeves is another one who made it super rich yet lives modestly and appreciates people and has given like over 100 million to charity (real charity, even stuffing cash in donation bins and helping homeless and other folks). I love everythg he does. He is such an amazing actor that puts realism into what every project he is in. I am glad I ran into this video , i wish there were more interviews with this fine actor.. Luis needs to be recognized more for the roles has done. He has made so many iconic movies that now that I have watched this podcast I am going to rewatch.. the first one I think will be Boogie Nights , that one was pretty risky for the screen when I first saw it. It was exactly like the time period tho. I remember wearing the clothes, saying the same type of slang and wordings . Again this interview brought back so many movie memories, but sadly I WISH it had been much longer. The host of the podcast did pretty good with the questions, but again you need to follow up with a Part 2 as i know not just myself but other movie viewers would love to hear more stories from Luis..

He is very much like a Philip Seymour Hoffman RIP in regards to never being a lead but being a very memorable character in everything he is in. My personal favorite character and one of my favorite movies was when he was the line cook in Waiting. Till this day I try to reference "The Goat" or "Batwing" in some form at least once a week. Having worked in restaurants when I was young that movie represented the atmosphere of a commercial kitchen quite well and the bad behavior wasn't even that overly exerated.
