He said Red liked to get jobs at restaurants so he could eat. Thats crazy cause I used to wait tables in college and that's true. you can always eat. College students are always broke so the benefit of getting something to eat was great. To this day I work at an HBCU and I tell kids to wait tables. That way you always got money and food. People may not want to hear this but the REAL reason John Amos and Esther Rolle had issues with the ‘JJ’ character in good times was that he became more popular than their characters not so much because of how he was portrayed. Jimmie Walker said himself that he had no interaction with either one of them outside of the show.

This was a good one. I've always heard the story about them taking everything from him. I remember something was on E! and they showed a clip of him saying "They're taking the house, they're taking everything!" I just felt so bad for him. There was also this ghost show that used to come on back in the 90s. My mom and I watched stuff like that all the time, and I still do to this day. Anyway, the guy was an Elvis impersonator who bought the house, and they talked about Redd Foxx haunting the house. The guy that portrayed his ghost was dressed similarly to how he dressed on Sanford and Son, which I thought was weird. I was like, "Umm... that's Fred Sanford, that's not Redd Foxx." Anyway... good job on this episode!

Thank you for another amazing video!! Maybe Jenni Rivera next? Her story is sad and how she passed was pretty gruesome.

Wow, The Royal Family's original title was Chest Pains? 😬 Ironic considering what happened the day of his death. 😔

Some good stories to cover would be Fonce Mizell( Sky High Productions), The Brothers Johnson, Gene Anthony Ray( Leroy from Fame), Terrance Trent Darby, Teresa Graves( Get Christy Love ), just to name a few! Keep up the good work! Also, maybe your own version of the movie CAR WASH!
