Lilly you’re supposed to let the lash glue dry more. It’s also a little easier with tweezers. Just hold them in the middle, angle them slightly up, and bring them down to your lash line. Then adjust the corners and gently pinch them together with your real lashes.

Lily, I think if you apply less glue and let it get a bit more tacky, it will be easier to apply. It looks like it’s still too wet and that’s why it doesn’t want to stick.

Actual question about eyelashes. I have a theory that there are certain things when it comes to cosmetics that I'm actually willing to spend money on - skincare, foundation, concealer things like that. But things like lipstick and mascara (especially mascara) are things you can dupe. I've tried expensive lashes from sephora as well as elf eyelashes and I could not tell you the difference. So is it worth it to spend on the expensive lashes, like are there better things about the expensive ones??

Agreed, I have super expenses lashes I got from rouge and rogue, and I have elf lashes and kiss lashes and I can’t tell a single difference in them... I actually really like my kiss ones because they’re fake mink and they’re so soft!!

Lilly, I've not used that Jergen's product, but Lush has a similar product called Ro's Argan. The thing is, you're supposed to rinse the lotion in the shower and then pat it dry because it is both a cleansing product as well as skin lubricating. If the Jergen's is the same, that might be the reason it felt greasy to you. Just an idea! ^_^

You can do that with any lotion after a shower. I use bath & body lotions. Come out slicker than a whistle. But your moisturized all day. Plus your not spending extra money. Which is a plus.
