I completely understand why Paisley is upset. Dude doesn't even have the courtesy of remembering her name! Way to let her know that you can't be bothered to take the time to know her name. I have that problem at doctor's offices. My name is Jill, not Julie. If a medical professional cannot read three alpha characters"J-i-l', then they are NOT coming near me with any medications, or needles. I flat out refused to have a nurse "assist" the oral surgeon because she was calling me Julie. SHE was the one controlling the anesthesia and I did not want to die because of her sloppy habits. "We are busy and I am tired." Tell that to my family when you cause me to OD. I think NOT!
