Word of warning those leads are not safe for dogs near traffic. The mechanism can and do fail and you have a dead dog. Be careful.

If you listen to the guys recording this, I don't think they were your typical paparazzi. They seemed more concerned with being sure they'd got a good shot of the dog that attacked and the woman with the dog when she doubled back and walked past. I think they were checking they had some evidence in case this went to court.
