It helps me when nothing else has. I was to the point of giving up, tried everything; hopeless, depression, no life, no joy-pain ruled. So far, no side effects except JOY. I’m 70 & choose quality of life.

@@elizabethferrari1346 I’m so sorry! I know many suffer much more than I do. I see a good chiropractor & all are not the same. Of course I don’t know your issues, but I hope you can find some relief.

Ano po kaya gamot sa mortons neuroma
@ProfessorTusharАй бұрын
Morton's neuroma is a painful condition that affects the ball of the foot, most commonly between the third and fourth toes. The condition is often managed through a combination of conservative treatments and, if necessary, medical interventions. Here are the commonly used options: 1. Conservative Management: Footwear modification: Choose shoes with a wide toe box, low heels, and good arch support. Orthotics: Custom or over-the-counter shoe inserts can help reduce pressure on the nerve. Ice: Applying ice to the area can help reduce pain and inflammation. Activity modification: Avoid activities that worsen symptoms, such as running or high-impact sports. 2. Medications: NSAIDs (Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs): Medications like ibuprofen or naproxen can help reduce pain and inflammation. Topical pain relievers: Capsaicin cream or topical NSAIDs may provide localized pain relief. 3. Corticosteroid Injections: A doctor may inject a corticosteroid combined with a local anesthetic directly into the affected area to reduce inflammation and pain. 4. Alcohol Sclerosing Injections: These injections are designed to reduce the size of the neuroma by causing local nerve degeneration, providing long-term relief. 5. Physical Therapy: Techniques like stretching, massage, and ultrasound therapy may help alleviate symptoms. 6. Surgical Intervention (if conservative methods fail): Surgery involves removing the neuroma or releasing the surrounding tissue to relieve pressure. This is typically considered a last resort. Important Considerations: Consult a Podiatrist: Proper diagnosis and treatment planning are essential. Avoid Self-Medication: Medications and injections should only be administered under medical supervision. If you're experiencing Morton's neuroma symptoms, starting with conservative measures and consulting a healthcare professional for a tailored treatment plan is the best approach.

Dizziness can sometimes be a side effect of celecoxib (200 mg), though it's not common. If you're experiencing dizziness while on this medication, here are a few tips to help manage it: 1. Hydrate: Dehydration can contribute to dizziness. Make sure you're drinking enough fluids throughout the day. 2. Avoid Sudden Movements: When getting up from sitting or lying down, do so slowly to avoid dizziness caused by changes in blood pressure. 3. Take It with Food: Celecoxib can sometimes cause stomach irritation, which may contribute to dizziness. Taking it with food might help reduce this effect. 4. Limit Alcohol: Alcohol can increase dizziness or lightheadedness, especially when combined with medications like celecoxib. 5. Rest and Relaxation: Sometimes, dizziness can be exacerbated by stress or fatigue. Ensure you're getting adequate rest and managing stress effectively. 6. Review Other Medications: If you are taking other medications alongside celecoxib, one of them might be contributing to the dizziness. Discuss this with your doctor. Consult Your Doctor: If dizziness persists or worsens, it's important to talk to your healthcare provider. They may need to adjust your dose, switch to a different pain medication, or investigate other underlying causes. If you’re still experiencing dizziness after following these measures, it's crucial to get a professional evaluation to rule out any other potential causes.

Always take this drug with food or a drink of milk to reduce the chance of an upset stomach. Do not take it on an empty stomach.
