The only thing missing here is temperature requirements. Do these plants like long summer heat... in the 90s for months heat?

Mine have been in their starter mix for weeks but are not as big as your seedlings - they are really tiny! Should i still pot them on?

still not sure what the difference is between celery and celeriac after this video in terms of 'is it the same plant?' But enjoyed the video.

I love celeriac, but... I had one in my fridge that I forgot and it got gross, but it was busy growing leaves out the top. So I stuck it in a random pot of dirt and it’s gone wild! I can’t find out what’s happening!! I don’t think it can grow another root bulb, right? It looks like it’s starting to flower. What am I growing?? Help! 😂😂

It's going straight to seed! So if you wanted to I guess you could save that seed and replant but it sadly won't be growing another bulb. Similar thing if you were to try to replant the base of a lettuce plant you get from the grocery store, you might get a couple more leaves but it's already near the end of its life cycle so it's just gonna make its seeds. Hope that helps :)

I'm looking past them and wondering, what is that gray...Then it hit! UK! Fog! I've seen fog, but it's rare in Arizona :) Chinese celery does all right, but that can handle the light frost we get.
