The tonca bag comes with a shoulder strap now in select colors such as black!! I think the change was made sometime in December. ❤

I have a black Tonca, I use it as a shoulder bag only, I love it. It stay still and I’m happy with the special and unique shape.

I like the Tonca more because of the unique design of the bag and I don’t like the zipper and how it’s too structure of the number 10 of getting in and out of the bag for me. I guess because I like to carry a bit more in my bag

@@Celesta i think dix won cause of how versatile it is!! tonca is mostly a crossbody bag and it seems like the strap is too long for my frame. im petite 5’0!

Put a little wax on zipper and zip it back and forth. It will smooth out a rigid zipper! My SA at LV shared this with me and it works!

I love the look of the Dix more. Almost got it but gravitated to the Songmont Luna more. Now considering the Polene Nodde as the next purchase. Love your videos!

I had dix and I am now thinking of buying Tonca as well. I heard tonca has new version which can shorten the straps. It’s so attractive.😍 I am hesitating 😂

I saw both in tokyo and was a little disappointed they didnt look as nice in real life. Dix was small and stiff and the zipper scratches when you take things out. But after watching your video, I'm going back to check out other colours. Beri in blush on the other hand surprised me how gorgeous it looked in real life. Definitely buying Beri!

Do you know if the Tonca can hold a kindle paper white? my biggest pet peeve with my dix is that my kindle doesn’t fit😂

The bag looks great, but Polene quality is so bad!! The Tonca strap came unstitched and the bag fell of my shoulder while I was wearing it. I’ve never had a bag fall apart before, not even old Kate Spade or Tory Burch bags have done this. I do not recommend Polene.

Has Polene improved their disastrous shipping situation and their customer care? Did you order these bags from their physical store? Have Polene sent them to you to review, or did you happen to purchase them from their online store? You may be aware of all the poor reviews given over the past few months, sending ppl the wrong order and/or never getting a refund for their purchase! Before knowing if both of these things have improved I will not be ordering any of their goods, no matter how beautiful they are or how long they've been on my wish list.
