It's tough, because on the one hand you want to give people something for an extraordinary achievement, but on the other hand, you don't want to lock anything behind a challenge that's so difficult that most players can't get it, thereby alienating your average player. Like - I don't want them to lock a special ending behind the super ridiculous hard difficulty in God of War, because I don't want to have to play on that difficulty to get the good ending. If I don't find that difficulty level to be fun, I don't want to feel pressured into playing it.

When i beat this game for the first time, i was crying due to the amount of deaths and fails i have to went through. Reaching the top of the mountain was something so sweet and victorious. I only got like 38 berries and when the characters hated the pie i made, my mood was ruined and i'm completely speechless. I feel like once the credit was shown, the game should've return back to the main menu before unlocking the epilogue. I was on the verge of crying but then this scene ruined everything.

Yeah, that was a little misleading. I guess it was technically true. It said that the strawberries would only impress your friends. Madeline's friends are more impressed with her baking the more strawberries she has. The good news is, you can always go collect more strawberries to get a better ending.

Do each of the endings have specific names? I saw that the first ending was called the "No Strawberry" ending and that the second ending was called the "Grossed Out" ending. So, I'm assuming that the 3rd ending is called the "Average" ending. What about the last 2?

There aren't official names for any of them. Those are just descriptive things people have said about them.

I'm not saying you can't call em that. It's just not official. I call Madeline's evil reflection twin Badeline. That's not her official name. It's just what I call her. But I refer to her like that all through my guide, and I think there's a good chance that people will pick it up and run with it and maybe it will eventually become semi-official. But I wouldn't call anything I made up official just yet.

FWIW, the game's developers also call her Badeline... so it's basically official. It's in the V1.2.0.0 changelog on the game's site.

Lol, I like to think I had something to do with that, because I refused to stop referring to her as Badeline. They initially said Badeline wasn't her name. My explanation of the character in my guide reads - _"Ok, Badeline isn't really her name but..._ _...yes it is."_
