Somehow all the communities I'm interested in have intersections. I never expected that you are in the Celeste community! Very nice use of microtones

I love your "+" notation for 5 quavers. Is that something you came up with? It's always bothered me that there isn't a note value like that

I don't think I came up with it. I don't remember where I saw + specifically, but there are a lot of different proposals for 5/4-duration out there. + is the nicest one imo

@@HEHEHEIAMASUPAHSTARSAGA Epic, thanks for sharing. Also, I'm installing Strawberry Jam right now! Haven't played Celeste in months so I can't wait to get back, I only found out it got released after seeing your video lol

@@HEHEHEIAMASUPAHSTARSAGAOh my god, I've been theorising about this type of notation completely independently for the past few months, using the EXACT same plus symbol. I also thought of stacking augmentations to multiply them (two dots on top of each other is 9/4 of the value), and using a dot with an arrow down or up for 11 and 13, respectively.

was this done with finale? didn't know you could do microtones on there.

The music was made in Reaper. I made the sheet music separately afterward, using musescore 3. There's a plugin for musescore 3 that retunes to edos

where did the name for this song come from?

It was vibes mostly, not thinking too much about the design of the map. I think I was thinking about the green stars in Mario Galaxy 2/3D World
