The 130 slt has a big problem when trying to prime focus with a dslr adaptor. You could us magnifier but its nicer without. To get a proper prime focus you need to modify the telescope by moving the mirror foward just a little. Do you know any computerized telescopes like the 130 slt where i dont need to worry about modding a telescope to get prime focus?

Can we see space and nebule and venus phases, moon craters and mars ice caps via 4 se
@Sergiog1999-k3n8 ай бұрын
Yes you can, i have one and i took a clean picture of the ring nebula and andromeda galaxy, you can also see the venus phases and mars ice caps, very clearly though you can see the craters on the moon, i recommend it as a beginner telescope, and its not just for planets! Just saying...

Sir can you tell me telescope thet is cheap but can still see planets maybe even deep space objects
@TheAlienTechs3 жыл бұрын
For deep space, you will need at least 5-inch aperture telescope. Anything below 5-inch is cost effective n good for observing planets as a beginner. If you are on tight budget then look for "Dobsonian telescopes"(e.g. sky watcher heritage 130mm, costs around $220) they are non-computerised n usually much cheaper than computerised telescopes.
@deshdeepak77263 жыл бұрын

I am looking to get into stargazing and one day switch to astrophotography for myself. :) What would you recommend scope wise? I am trying to keep it at the $500-1k range.
@TheAlienTechs2 жыл бұрын
The best telescope you can get in the mentioned price range is Celestron NexStar 6SE.. This telescope has single fork alt-azimuth mount. So, for astrophotography you will need to buy a wedge.....Check out this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/m36qhXRmZ72Yg5I If you just want to do stargazing, then a dobsonian telescope would be a very good choice, it will be cheaper... Hope this helps..🤗

I think this helped me pick out my first telescope. Thanks for the review! Question. Are these still good beginner telescopes? Or is there anything better for beginners without spending a fortune?
@TheAlienTechs Жыл бұрын
Yeah they are good for beginners. If you can extend ur budget a bit more then go for NexStar 6SE. If weight is not an issue then the Dobsonian telescope will be good too.
@jamessong5838 Жыл бұрын
@@TheAlienTechs Which one do you recommended sir? 130 SLT or DX5" or 5SE?
@TheAlienTechs Жыл бұрын
If you are going for "130 SLT" then also take a look at "Starsense explorer dx 130az" .....DX130 and 130SLT has the same optical tube...in SLT you get go to mount...so it is expensive than DX130.... Don't know much about DX5 but its cost is $500+.....so its better to go with any Dobsonian telescope if weight is not an issue....if you can stretch the budget by $200 then you can get starsense Dobsonian as well..check the video on the channel.. 5SE costs almost $950..... So instead of 5SE you can go with 6SE as it cost around $1050 - $1100....

i bought celestron 130 slt I hope I don't regret it.I'm still trying to figure it out, I saw the saturn with 9mm but it was too small, I think I need to buy what is called a barlow lens.

Go for a good quality barlow, such as celestron Luminos, you won’t regret it.

What good tescope that’s could see galaxy’s planets and nebula and star clusters for 700$
@TheAlienTechs3 жыл бұрын
For this you need at least 6-inch aperture telescope. For $700, you can get a 10-inch Dobsonian telescope, they are non-computerized n slightly heavy. In computerized, you can get Celestron NexStar 6SE, but its price fluctuates a lot between $700-900. so keep tracking the price if you want that one.

Focal length is the zoom, the aperture is the opening size more light. The moon is bright so the aperture wont mater much.

What is best best telescope for 350$
@briguy3453 жыл бұрын
For significantly less, if buying for a beginner, I've enjoyed my Celestron Starsense Explorer 114lt. It's the perfect starter scope for someone not wanting to spend a lot of money but looking for a great scope. The use of your mobile phone on the scope to point you to various object is really innovative and makes up for the lack of computerization. Note, don't buy for 260 as offered on some sites you can find it cheaper on Best Buy or a number of other sites.
