This is a very well made barlow lens I've been using for visual astronomy. I found thought that this doesn't seem very compatible for astrophotography for my setup unless using the diagonal (only way to get camera focus).

Knowing more than I did when I first started this hobby, I’m doubtful you can get a decent mount and telescope at this price point. First off, I’d recommend a smaller MM refractor over a poor quality reflector like this one. A second thought would be to consider spending a little more money to get something that has more capabilities. If it were someone just starting the hobby, they might even consider this: Seestar S50 All-In-One Smart Telescope by ZWO. It would cost more, but you often get what you pay for.
