Hi I have the same telescope my sleeve broke lucky telescope and lense are ok question do you need the sleeve or you can work with out it what about the t ring that I lost is it nessary to have the t ring.

If by sleeve, you mean the piece that slides on to the front of the scope, then no, you don't need it. It is just a dew shield/light shield. It delays the formation of dew on cold nights and blocks stray light. I'm not sure what you are referring to by t-ring because this telescope didn't come with one. A t-ring is for connecting a camera to the telescope in place of the eyepiece.

Is the telescope plastic?

The telescope main tube is metal, the focuser and lens cell are plastic and the objective lenses are glass. A metal focuser would be ideal, but as is it appears to be fairly well made.

The mount is horrible and wobbly. Most cheap DSLR tripods would be better. Go find a used one for $10-20 at the thrift stores.
