The first in a three part series about my experience with celiac disease so far.
In this video, I go over what triggered celiac disease for me and get down and dirty about what my symptoms were. #pooptalk
I wanted to make this series because when I was first diagnosed all I wanted to do was talk to other people who had CD and hear about their experiences. I’m hoping that if someone in a similar situation stumbles across this video they’ll feel less alone.
xo
Edit: I feel like I should clarify that I did not burn my parents house down... I kind of made it sound like I was responsible for the fire. It was an electrical fire that would have happened had I been there or not... I just felt guilty that I didn't put it out. OK that's it thanks bye.

Thank you, this me, I have never understood having something to eat and then I'd fall asleep I couldn't keep my eyes open I laughed because I used to say I'm like a baby give it something to eat and fall asleep even if you have had a good night sleep just go down hill, don't feel like doing anything tearful then not or go off at my husband for nothing crazy it's unbelievable, I can not thank you enough for opening my eyes I have been diagnosed with gluten intolerance but I was when I was a baby and back then the doctors told me mum to introduce one food at a time and she did but they know more now I have rabbit poo and stinky wind and pains and bloated and big stomach and very sleepy I'd nearly fall asleep on a bus or in a cafe crazy, this is just like me a carbon copy of me, I can't believe it, thank you.

Thank you for your video. It brings relief knowing i'm not alone. The past few days i've been super sick and it worsened when I ate pasta and bread. I had the same symptoms as you. My insides felt and probably are toxic rn.

Oh man I can relate to feeling like your insides are toxic! Sometimes I would literally say it felt like my insides were rotting. Luckily I don't feel like that anymore! I hope you start feeling better soon ❤

I thought you were describing an analogy of the wall of villi damaged akin to your smoked house walls. How it can take months to repair

The eating/sleeping for 2 hours after food is exactly the same experience. Also falling asleep at work for 10-15 min sessions was the same also~.

I was falling asleep while typing literally 2 hours ago... I was going to take my break in my car to nap. I think you don’t realize how bad it is until all the symptoms stack up. I’m at that point and in search to know what’s wrong with me. Getting results soon to know if I have Celiac. Thank you for you video

You're so right about not realizing how bad it is until it's really bad. We're able to push ourselves through so much until our body physically stops us! I really hope you get to the bottom of your symptoms soon so you can start feeling better

If I relied on Doctors, to figure out I have Celiac. I would be in a Nursing home. For 52 years my Mom has had Celiac, never knowing it. This had prevented from living a quality life. IMO best money I ever spent was the Gene test. Way easier to start with a Gene test. Doctors seem to want to start with everything but a Gene test.

Way easier than that is going GF on your own to see what happens. If diet works get on with your life. End of story.
