I just can’t understand why people are so worried about race and diversity. If people would just look at people as people, and not black, white, asian etc we wouldn’t have so many problems. But the diversity/ race issue is constantly being brought up (ironically)by the same people who complain about people being racist towards them in the first place.. Maybe we can start judging by character instead of skin color.

🤔 never heard of this area. Was looking at Proser.. Good to hear about Costco, you’re dead on, they’re not stupid.. I live in Orange County CA and a lending officer and looking at potentially moving my family out of CA. Masterplan communities are what we’re looking for. 800-1mm with 600-700k down.
