Kat, I got mine the same model and same color as well from Harrods London, in my Europe trip in May this year. I love it to bits and use it a lot. Just a small suggestion for u, go get a slim and light weight foldable recycle bag instead of using the original dust bag. I don't have to worry anymore since I bought the foldable recycle bag. I put each in all my leather bags. Hope it helps :)

@@KatL Blistering is common in this type of boxcalf leather if it gets wet, that's why it's advised to wipe off any water if it makes contact. Boxcalf is incredibly fragile. Scratches generally can be buffed out over time, but water damage is irreparable if you're not careful.

It's really annoying, sometimes, to switch bags frequently. Your Celine Box is still looking brand new. I'm careful with my bags as well but the more i am, the more scratches i get, lol! I suspected my nails or jewelry are causing the scratches. That's a classic and elegant looking bag. Love it! ❤

lol! it's like the pochette metis...the accordian style means it came hold more than it looks. But don't overstuff it! otherwise, it'll be hard to close and heavy!

Thank you for the informative review! I have one question, after one-year of use, how do you avoid being injured by the hardware on the strap? As you said, the edge is sharp and it's hardly any chance to wear thick coat in Singapore or Malaysia to protect you from the scratching of the hardware...... Thank you : )

Your video is very helpful. I had made up my mind to get the black smooth calfskin (as black is so classic) until I watched your video. I love the camel but worry I might get “tired” of camel sooner than the black. Decisions...

my biggest luxury lessons - always go for the colour that you always to come back too. If black is always the colour that you consider after looking at others, then black is the answer. For me, it was camel. I looked at green, oxblood red and black...and yet, my heart was always fluttering back to camel. I'm glad i did because...coz i know if i took green / oxblood, I'll be bored of it today.

What do you use to clean? I have some oil stain or water marks that caused discoloration.

Oh no. I have used a verryyy slightly damp baby wipe to wipe dirt and dust of the bag but I always follow through with a dry micro fiber cloth to soak away extra moisture. If u have discoloration, best to bring it to a professional to check

Im surprised this bag held up so well!! This shade is so gorgeous and unique. I’ve seen someone carrying a black version of this bag thats full of fingernail scratches all over the front. Maybe its made with a different material, like lambskin vs calfskin in your case.

Im so glad I found this video.. I was looking for a bag that are classic and im debating between this Celine Medium Classic Liege leather and Chanel Coco handle Small in carviar . i still couldn't decide on which I should get , I love both style . Chanel is more common here in Sg tho, one look people know its Chanel + Carviar leather are much durable but I know I kind of graviated more toward Celine bcos of the understatement. My true concern is that what if I like the other one better ... oh God typical me Hahaha. but anyway I love your video , very informative since im also living in Singapore, the tips you provided are so useful and relatable..
