There is no checkpoint between S-G2 .. I think it is between G2-M.(reference cooper) sir your videos are awesome and very helpful to us..

After G1 checkpoint there is "DNA damage checkpoint" the secod checkpoint which is subclassified as three checkpoints namely G1-S , Intra-S and G2/M . So G2/M comes under DNA damage checkpoint.

Actually G2/M comes under second checkpoint known as DNA Damage checkpoint which has three checkpoints in itself ie. G1/S , Intra S and G2/S.

Only one line that tells summary of Checkpoints is : Checkpoints are time stamp for disition making of cell whether they divide or not... I can easily remember the whole thing bcz of just small line...
