They model the character to look "2D", and even have 2d effects such as blast and smokes cover the screen. Why didn't they apply that to the envrionment thou? It looks so off putting with the texture and grass looking so weird compared to everything else.

The devs didnt got this version of Gohan right. In the anime and manga this Gohan is a bit taller and has more muscle in the arms than this game's model. Just go rewatch when Gohan kills Cell and see the differences. The devs made Gohan look like a toddler when he's supposed to get a growth spurt after spending a year in the time chamber. And they did the same with Gotenks, the same issues

I loved How they traditionally kept doing the same mistake with Cell. implanting the wrong voice of forms. happend in bodukai series, and the OG budokai tenkaichi series. I dont have a problem with it at all its like the OG's and its perfect XD
