@@shahpatelsoham6065 pathology - Very much conceptual ...Covered in accordance with Robbins...(main reason to take 2nd proff egurukul subscription)....much better than Devesh Mishra but less extensive than Sparsh Gupta(but I'm satisfied with egurukul Pathology) Microbiology- very concise and to the point(based on Neet PG point of view)...After taking Subscription...came to know Abdul Naseer is Amazing... Better than Prepladder Sonu Panwar Pharmacology- Concise and topics have been coverd (I'm Satisfied)...You can trust him.... Can't compare with Prepladder GRG (didn't watch GRG lectures)....Overall Better for 2nd proff.... You can watch Egurukul Praveen Kumar Gupta Pathology free lectures on Cell Injury and decide ...

the blood supply is blocked in Dry gangrene....so neutrophills can't reach the site of ischemia right ? ...in case of wet gangrene , how will the neutrophills come there when a bacterial infection occurs as there is still no blood supply ?

Sir, with due respect...When Robbins Pathologic Basis of Diseases states it clearly (in that box) that "for unknown reasons" ischemia to the brain tissue results in liquefactive Necrosis, I don't understand why people start to give their own explanations?

Dry gangrene also has bacterial infection.....so why dry gangrene + superimposed bacterial infection = wet gangrene
