With Cell basically ruining the mortal level of Universe 7, I don't see Beerus being cool with Cell at all. If Cell never kills Supreme Kai, the only realistic thing would be Beerus humbles Cell, takes him on as a student, and forces him to use the namekian Dragon Balls to revive the good people he killed.

If Cell is capable of making clones of himself and Cell Jr's, AND he has access to the Namekian fusion, he could potentially power himself up repeatedly. In addition, Cell could theoretically repopulate the universe with his own kind, or potentially make new bio androids with DNA from other lifeforms. He is as smart as his creator and the universe is full of advanced tech.

I personally love the idea of him potentially being able to stack different Transformations on top of each other, like if we got golden cell and then he finds out about the Super Saiyan God ritual so he creates cell juniors to help him do the ritual and now he Stacks Super Saiyan God on top of golden. Cell definitly has one of the biggest potentials in the DB franchise. I often wondered what would have happened if he succesfully retained his power boost in GT when absorbing Goku, and became SSJ4 levels of power. I mean his body reformed in his Super perfect form even without 18 after self destructing just from the memory of the power, so what if he thawed out and was stronger than GT Goku? I think Cell could have been more terifying than Omega Shenron given his Superior move pool and growth potential.

I pretty much agree. Cell would be looking for strong challengers so him encountering Dabura, Buu, Beerus, and more is unqeuestionable but so is his growth or rather his mentality. It's questionable that in character he would aim to train considering how he already considers himself the apex of creation but considering his Saiyan Cells it's possible that he would put in the effort or maybe his battle against Gohan would've changed his world view into doing it.

I think if he had more patience he would of realized he's wasting his own potential and the potential best fight in his life he craves so much by threatening to destroy the planet and holding his cell games too soon. If he actually thought it through he would of waited 10 years at least before he actually attempted anything crazy. If anything he could be like a rival that shows up and pushes goku and them to surpass their own limits with surprise skirmishes with no intent to kill but not tell them he's not planning to kill.

Can we all acknowledge that Cell is the second most busted character aside from Majin Buu? Because Cell... Cell could train and with the cells and DNA of Gohan and Frieza in him, Cell would have vast potential and accelerated growth, so if he trains and gains Golden form or something like that faster and it would be way more powerful. Even if he could possibly stack things on top of each other, like if he uses Kioken with Super Saiyan or the Golden form to increase his power because he is an android and it negates those effects like it was for him and the multiform technique, or if he achieves an Ultimate form like Ultimate Gohan and he stacks that on his Golden form or something else, and imagine if he goes into a Hyperbolic Time Chamber and gives birth to Cell Jr.s and they all train together for years and they all get extremely powerful, so it is like Cell always can make training partners for himself, and even an army for himself in the form of the Cell Jr.s, and he can survive in space and other harsh conditions, and his cells can absorbe information from the people that he is made of, he can get Zenkai boosts, he could maybe combine things like if he manages to get Super Saiyan God and Super Saiyan Blue and other things that he can stack all of that on his Golden form and other things like that, like if he trains and achieves a Golden form and is able to at least compete with Super Saiyan Blue and other things, maybe Gohan Beast, maybe Ultra Ego, I am not sure about Ultra Instinct, but anyway he is at least powerful enough to take it from them and as he is getting beat up his cells pick up the Super Saiyan God and Super Saiyan Blue and the Beast form and the Ultra Ego and the Ultra Instinct from all of those fighters, because you know, they will play around with him and test how strong he has gotten and not kill him off in one shot, and that leads to him getting those transformations and powers and he can stack those on top of each other, things like that, and he can regenerate way better than Piccolo, beacuse Piccolo in the Majin Buu Saga said that he can regenerate his entire body as long as his head stays intact, and Goku used the instant transmission Kamehameha on Cell and blew off his head and arms and upper body and he was still able to regenerate from that even though he had no head, and he can regenerate from a single cell, and maybe he can use stretchy limbs and telepathy like Piccolo, and he can do all of that stuff, or if he unlocks Super Saiyan 3 power that because of his infinite energy and stamina that he counteracts the stamina drain of the Super Saiyan 3 power. Cell is busted, let's not forget that. On a side note, I feel like one day thay will retcon the Super Perfect Cell vs Gohan bit when Cell came back and they will say that Super Perfect Cell was actually Super Saiyan 2 Cell because his cells picked up Super Saiyan 2 from Gohan the same way that they did with Goku's instant transmission, along with the zenkai boost, and Cell would have actually killed Gohan if Vegeta didn't step in. I feel like they would do that. They could make Cell even more busted if they do things like... imagine this, the way that Perfect Cell extended his tail and absorbed Goku in Dragon Ball GT, if he can do something like that and absorbe people plus training, he is mega busted, and also if they make it to where he can do some kind of Namekains merger with involuntary Namekains to make himself more powerful, like what Mira did to Towa in Dragon ball Xenoverse, on he does it with Namekians in the merger way like Piccolo and Nail, only it is not voluntary, either that or he just absorbes them with his tail and gains their power as well, or if they make a change to his lore and power set where... imagine this, in the manga there are the Cell Jr.s on Android 17's island, and maybe they can make something like Dr. Gero made a design ascetic as another failsafe for Cell where if he ever is to actually die like when he was incinerated by Gohan, that there exist a genetic codex or duplicate cyber-genetic or bio-mechanical trace or backup of Cell in the Cell Jr.s like a backup in a computer that has all of the information and memories stored in it, and they use that for Cell to come back, because that can be extracted from the Cell Jr.s for Cell to regrow from it the same way that he survived his self-destruction, or the Cell Jr.s can lay an egg with that codex thing to give birth to Cell and Cell comes back that way, almost like Annihilus in Marvel comics how he is always reborn with all of his memories intact with a combination of Ultron, how he can input his program into his drones and how he can do that and backup all of his memories and data into that to come back, almost like the theory of that Ultron bot head in Spider-Man Homecoming where people theorized that Ultron's programming of consciousness is in that bot so he can infect something else and reform himself, along with being combined with Knull, how Eddie Brock had to remove the codex or something from Dylan Brock so that Knull cannot use that to come back, have a combination of those things that as long as just one Cell Jr. Survives that that Cell Jr. Would still have a codex or some duplicate of the original Cell in it that is a backup of Cell with all of the memories and data and all of that stuff of the original Cell and it can give birth to Cell for Cell to regrow and come back to life that way instead of using the Dragon Balls and things like that. It is a failsafe procedure in order for Cell to come back to life. Tell me what you all think.

5:20 cell doesn’t give off the vibe of someone who would train just for the sake of it. His personality is a mix of the DNA he has from saiyan saga vegeta, Z freeza, king cold, Goku and Piccolo. The dominant traits he shows off is the arrogance from the first 3, the manipulative mind to get what he wants like freeza and Vegeta, and then a desire to fight someone strong but still weaker than himself which is exactly like freeza and Vegeta. Realistically he’d only ever train if he needed to and got the chance which would only happen if he lost a fight and with a regen zenkai was still weaker than whoever he fought. the most realistic thing he’d do would be to terrorize Earth until he gets bored then go wander around space looking for something interesting. eventually making his way to a freeza force planet to take over the empire. He’d most likely switch their goal from conquering hospitable worlds to something like “find the strongest power levels in the universe” then he’d challenge that power where he either wins or he regenerates and maybe trains to try again.

I think he could create Cell Jrs to train with. Not sure how much he can create, but if he could create like a hundred (he’d be pretty tried out and lose stamina) Jrs.
