The Endoplasmic Reticulum and the Golgi Apparatus are closely located as the R.E.R synthesises Proteins which are in raw form, and thus, the Golgi Apparatus modifies, manufactures and packages the proteins for final use in the cell. Thank you ma'am you've explained it very well. Firstly I thought that I would have to learn it word by word, but now I don't even have to memorise it, I understood it's process.

Plastids are three types 1) chloroplasts:- they contains the green coloured pigment called chlorophyll. 2) chromoplasts:- are coloured plastids that give fruits and flowers their distinctive colours. 3) lecuplasts:- they are colourless plastids that help in storing starch, fats, and proteins.

Golgi bodies , nucleus and endo plasmic reticulum remain near to each other as endo plasmic reticulum helps in the synthesis of proteins and lipids which get entered into the cell through plasma membrane. After they get synthesised , their modification takes place in Golgi bodies after which they are used by cell for further functions.

Ma'am , here 12:52 the year given here is wrong , Robert Hooke found cork cell in 1665 but here written that he found in 1655 .
