Session summary- Eukaryotes include cells having a well defined nuclear membrane. In animals the nucleus is central ly placed Note - gas vacuole in bacteria help in providing buoyoncy. Volutin granules store inorganic phosphate s. ....... Rer bears ribosomes. Of 80 s type made of two subunits- 60s + 40 s Centrioles are two rod like structure s perpendicular to each other present in an animal cell. But plant cells lack the same. Note - the flagella of a bacterium shows 1 + 0 arrangement against the 9+2 arrangement. The flagella has three parts - filament Hook and Basal body.
