I bought a cellerciser for my 88 year old mother also, it has made a huge difference in her stamina and balance. Thank you for creating this amazing tool for our body’s.

Thank you Dave for creating the Cellerciser. I use mine daily and it is the very best medicine for my mental health. Like the rest of our planet,, Stress is a part of daily life. I like to meditate on my Cellerciser. This has been key in reducing anxiety and sleeping through the night. I wish everyone I love would rebound. Have a beautiful day.

I didn't write the question,but in relation to the one about walking backwards and the tibialis. There is a guy called the "Knees over Toes Guy" . He talks about walking backwards to help with knee pain and repair. I think the question would be around exercises related to ankle, knee, and hip mobility. What exercises could help someone squat better (knees over toes with a flat foot).

It's so encouraging for me to hear these testimonials. I just got my cellerciser and I began using it slowly and carefully. In a few short days I did more than I was used to. I became exhausted. I'm strengthening muscles that had been atrophied. While those muscles are stronger than they were a number of years ago. Apparently, I need to really go slowly to increase my time of the cellerciser. I listen here to hear the benefits and to remind me to keep going, even if it's much slower than I'd like. Thank you, Dave for this wonderful piece of equipment.

Is it possible for your person relaying the questions to you, to post the questions on the screen for us to read? Or maybe give her a mic so we can hear the question? My hearing is poor enough. I can't believe I'm the only one who struggles to listen to the questions from the audience.

Okay. I worked on this problem and solved it with a decent set of headphones. The sound is fine through the headphones. (I guess you could try earphones but I think they are "dirty") The headphones would be handy on various sites. So, you are not the only one, I had this problem for a long time on Dave's site and have even commented before. AND here's something I just copied: One option to improve your entertainment listening quality is to get a high-quality pair of noise-canceling headphones. The other is to get a set of computer speakers. Even if your budget is not equipped for a full surround sound overhaul, low-cost speakers can hugely impact your listening quality.

@@kathym6603 I listen to these videos while I work for information multitasking. While I definitely want the information, I’m not investing in a bunch of equipment for my work computer to listen to any video. If the audio quality is not important to the content creator, I will just stop watching their content.

Thank you so much. I have been doing workouts but with a garage sale spring trampoline. I got a pinched neck nerve. I’m healed up and I have been searching to get a good trampoline. I heard a bungee trampoline puts less pressure on the spine then metal springs. Can I use the Celluciser without out putting pressure on my spine. Because it has metal springs

If there isn’t resistance then bouncing accumulatively can worsen the condition and cause greater pressure. The Cellerciser does have resistance and when used correctly, it can help build up the supporting muscles in the back. Best in health and thank you for writing.

Why do My knees hurt ? I tried without shoes and hurts more. I put sneakers on and its much better. My legs feel very weak. Any ideas why?. I've been rebounding for 1 week 10-20 minutes a day. Thank you

The Cellerciser is very helpful at exposing weaknesses that are already present. When we know of the weakness we can do specific movements that can strengthen those weaknesses. Feel free to call me for different approaches to consider.
