Cello Sizing - Clay McKinney Cello

Is it better to have the pegs behind the neck rather than behind the ear? It seems to be two different posture guides out there. Or is it just body proportions? I have short legs and a long torso, so the cello might have a steeper angle to hit my knees and chest. This one seems to be more comfortable though. I will see if it is possible during my next practice.

Hi there, just like to know if would mean that someone who is 5foot8 to 5foot9 could be playing a full size Cello?

I'm 5 foot 1 and I used to play a full size for nearly five years. Learned how to play in it, but was injured and it was uncomfortable as heck. Maybe at 5 foot 7 you will be good playing a full size. This is just my experience, I am not a professional.
