It's also crazy that she didn't realize this would come out. She has the biggest case in the country against a former president. Any fool could have told her that she would be scrutinized microscopically. Yet she went on multiple vacations with Wade while her case was going on. The stupidity and arrogance of both of them is minumental.

@noticedruid4985
@noticedruid4985 6 ай бұрын
@@henrysmith180 it's not exactly a crime perse, just Adultery looks favorable to the party who was cheated on in a divorce. Basically unlike a no-fault state. If the Husband or Wife commits adultery, then in the Divorce the wife or husband who was cheated on gets more favorable terms than if there wasn't. So in a no fault Divorce state assets are split typically 50-50, in a At fault state like GA then instead of it being 50-50 it could be 30-70 for example. The only place where Adultery is an actual crime is if the Adulterer is in the Military and would violate UCMJ.

They knew the rules. These are not kids. But they apparently thought that no one would point it out or not notice. Maybe they figured (correctly?) that these are rules that are regularly broken? Probably, if Fani hadn't gone after such a historic case, this would have caused no fuss. But they injected themselves in the combat for power and have proved not savvy enough to play at that level.

Can't say I'm surprised, they screamed guilty on the stands. They should really learn that trying to get your story together rarely plays out. Should be interesting to see where this goes. Her biggest issue was not letting to court know of a possible conflict of interest in the beginning as the Special Prosecutor is supposed to be an unbiased party.

I remember how cocky she was when she asked for and read those three documents while on the stand and was acting like she ran the courtroom. If this had been a sealed hearing that would be one thing, but Fanni & Wade got caught lying under oath on national television. This is what happens when you think you're smarter than you actually are.

I wish I knew more about the law. It’s pretty clear at this point that the people of Atlanta are going to have to find someone else to prosecute The Orange Man. But I have questions such as are they really going to put Mr. Wade in jail for perjury? I don’t see how you can if you aren’t gonna put Fani’s Fanny in jail. Last question… Fani isn’t the first DA in GA to diddle someone on the payroll. What happened with those peoples?

Perjury. And this is the person making decisions on who will be charged with crimes. Should show you that our justice system is rife with flaws that dramatically impact peoples lives. If she'd lie to cover up an affair, then I have to believe she'd subject other people's freedoms in other situations that suited her. She needs to resign.
