@noticedruid49856 ай бұрын
@@henrysmith180 it's not exactly a crime perse, just Adultery looks favorable to the party who was cheated on in a divorce. Basically unlike a no-fault state. If the Husband or Wife commits adultery, then in the Divorce the wife or husband who was cheated on gets more favorable terms than if there wasn't. So in a no fault Divorce state assets are split typically 50-50, in a At fault state like GA then instead of it being 50-50 it could be 30-70 for example. What is most baffling is how such low calibre people have risen to positions of importance within the legal system.

Fani talking about when she considers the relationship starting, shows how she thinks she can lie her way out of almost anything.

Yup. She was going for all the ambiguity she could pack into her answer.

Professional lawyers never dreamed that cell phone calls or texts could be brought into question? C’mon.

Perjury. And this is the person making decisions on who will be charged with crimes. Should show you that our justice system is rife with flaws that dramatically impact peoples lives. If she'd lie to cover up an affair, then I have to believe she'd subject other people's freedoms in other situations that suited her. She needs to resign.

12,000 calls?! That's 15+ calls a day for 2 years! What the heck? How is that possible?

Fani is comfortable lying but you can tell Wade realizes they've painted themselves deep in a corner. That 20 second pause on one of the questions was cringeworthy.

They thought they could bullshit their way and lie to the court. Her own arrogance will be her downfall. I hope she has to spend a few months in jail for perjury.

So ironic that she arrogantly proclaims that her own word is enough to establish a matter of fact, but now her testimony is rebutted by two witnesses and physical evidence.
