Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Mary Ann Ong, And I am writing you this email for the reason that last October 23 I was visited in your restaurant and had a tremendous experienced. I bought 2 hamburgers and while eating it I smell something bad. As I look and check it I saw a dead rat in it. It was so disgusting and I am about to blow my stomach as I swallowed some of it. I hurriedly go and look for your staff as you were not there at the moment to talk to. But unfortunately, the crew that talk to me was very arrogant and accusing me that I was the one who put the mouse in it. I really feel sorry about this situation that instead of doing some actions about this they just left me like that without any words at all. Actually this is not the first time that I visited your place to have hamburgers. And I know that your restaurant has a very good reputation and I don’t want to ruin it for complaining somewhere. The food was disgusting and that I could get sick or poisoned me. And your staff had a very bad attitude and was so arrogant. But then, I am still considering that you will do something about this. I believe an update may be necessary for this video. I used your videos to assist me with my exam and it was very helpful. I was able to score an 8, but for my profession I require a 9. English was never my strongest subject in school, but as a native, I am frustrated by the levels.

Mark, your videos are terrific, really helpful and explanatory. Writing in English is one of my strengths :) Do you know if I will get negative marks if I go over 200 words (the limit for this test)?

Thanks so much! 😃 I don't think you'll lose marks, but I'm not sure. It's probably better to have 150 words of good writing than 300 words of average writing. Haha

Hi Mike, This is in regards to our most recent visit at your restaurant, unfortunately you were not there at that moment of time so I thought it would be best to write you and give you the feedback. I was at the restaurant with my friends who are visiting my school for their international culture program. Some of my friends were asian, middle east and some of them were from USA. As soon as I reached with my friends, I was given “that” look from the workers who were currently working at shift. I told them that we were group of 7 people and would like to have place where everyone is comfortable. Rather than giving us a comfortable sitting arrangement or a round table, they gave us the corner seats by arranging two tables together which was discomfortable. I saw another group coming after us were given a round which looked to be more comfortable than ours, which was very “alarming” for me. After being seated,I suggested my friends the famous curry of your restaurant and they were happy to order as per my suggestion. As we received our food, the food wasn’t warm and also a little bit distasteful. Immediately, I reached out to our waitress and explain her the problem with our food. Rather than listening to our problem, she was quite rude and told us this is what they have got for us, either I can eat or pay check and leave the restaurant “AS SOON AS POSSIBLE”. After hearing this, I thought she might be having a bad day so I tried to calm her down but she wasn’t listening to any of us and was just being irrational at that moment of time. Without wasting our time, we paid the check and left. I had never this problem before, me and my family have visited this restaurant so many times. I don’t understand what was wrong at that night but definitely I would like to give you some solution on this. I believe you should train the workers on how to be professional, I respect everyone has their ideology but in a working environment its best to be professional. Also, you can try to make them understand that they are not representing as waiters but they are also citizens of this country who should be welcoming and friendly to everyone who visits them. I believe training them on aspects of being professional, humble and polite would definitely help them. At last, I am also attaching the cheque for that night which will give you the details like who was our designated waitress, our date and time of visit. If you need my any help in sorting out this matter, I would be very happy to do that. Looking forward to have a more positive experience next time. Best Regards, Rahul

Thanks for the video Mark, this is very helpful. However, I noticed you typed "January 25" not "January 25th" and "p.m" instead of "p.m.". Are all of the typing style acceptable?

Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with an unsatisfactory incident happened at your famous restaurant. It was late in the evening on Saturday, when I thought of grabbing a hamburger for dine in. Though the service was quick, but I found a dead mouse inside the burger and was extremely disappointed. Being a regular customer, I was disgusted and straight away complained to the cashier. Firstly, the cashier asked me to wait for 10 mins as he was busy serving other customers. After that while discussing about the problem, he never bothered to listen and instead accused me of putting a dead mouse inside the burger so that I could get a free food. It was disheartening to be blamed by a cashier and not only he denied refund, but also refused to repeat my order. You are one of the most trusted restaurants in our area for 20 years and usually your service is impeccable. Before posting my concern on social media, I thought of reaching out to you, and I highly suggest you give me the refund and train your staff to treat the customers fairly. Moreover, being a loyal customer, I would be expecting some kind of a gift card for my future visits. I hope you consider this situation as your utmost priority and respond to me immediately. I have a small doubt can you help me with this? In the celpip writing task can we have the facility of viewing the right spelling by clicking right click on the mouse anything as such. It will help in underlying the mispelled words but will it be having the options of spellings, so that we can choose the right one?

Thanks and Regards, Karan ================================================================= Dear Restaurant Manager, My friends and I visited your restaurant on April 2, at 8 PM. We were very excited to dine at your restaurant, as your restaurant has earned a good reputation in the neighborhood. Sadly, I will not be able to say the same. For one thing, there were many issues related to the food. The hamburger I ordered had a weird smell on the first bite. Upon lifting the bread, I was shocked to find a dead mouse between the cheese slice and patty. The fries were soggy and too salty. I immediately called for our server, who then directed me to speak to the cashier, Smith. My experience with the cashier was more saddening than the above incident. Mr. Smith was extremely rude to blame me for putting the mouse in my sandwich. I found this behavior highly unacceptable and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed that you were on your weekly off. To apologize to me, I would appreciate that you give me a 100% refund on my bill and kindly encourage your staff to act responsibly and professionally. I look forward to hearing from you. It depends. If you're writing to family or friends, it should be casual. If it's for work or something else, then formal.

Hey Mark, Wanna ask one thing.. In formal and informal emails, do we have to write 'Regards' only? Or we can write yours faithfully/sincerely too. ? Is there any difference b/w ielts letter writing and celpip email writing?

Hi! 😃There is no difference between IELTS and CELPIP writing. Sincerely and Yours faithfully are very formal. Personally, I never use them, but you can use them in formal letters.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with a bad experience that happened at your restaurant. Yesterday, I went to "Salou" with my friend for lunch. After a half hour of waiting, we were seated. We ordered your new hamburgers with french fries. It took a long time to get our order. I opened my sandwich to add some ketchup, then I saw a small dead mouse between the burger and the bread, that let me through up, then I called the waiter to explain what is this and how this happens. When I complained about the dead mouse in the burger, the waiter refuse to accept that they did a huge mistake, not only this but also accused me of putting it myself, what a big shame for the restaurant. I am sorry to say I will not return to your restaurant again and I will not give it another try. I want a full refund of the amount I paid that day. Hope you understand. Dear X, I have visited your restaurant last Friday with my family and unfortunately did not have a great experience which forced me to write this email. While ordering the food, we made it clear to the waiter regarding the allergic condition of my father and asked about the contents of different foods. We realized that the waiter was not sure about the contents and had to get this information from the kitchen, which left us waiting for 10/15 minutes more. Once we were done with our starters, we again had to wait before being served with the main dishes and to our surprise we found those extremely cold. Moreover the condition of your washroom was also unhygienic during that time. I understand that Friday nights can be crazy sometimes and would like to suggest you to have more waiters available which would reduce the serving time. Also I believe you should start educating your waiters more about the food you serve which would definitely reduce the risk for allergic people. You could also assign one of the waiters to keep an eye on the washroom (rotate this duty if you must) to keep it hygienic all the time! I hope you would take these suggestions into consideration to ensure better experience for the customer. Regards Y

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you to express a concern regarding a situation happened in the restaurant. Well, yesterday as usual weekend days I and my children went to the restaurant after watching a movie at the cinema next door, we ordered our favorite burgers and fries and we started eating, suddenly Mea my young daughter said papa there is something in my sandwich. I opened the sandwich myself and we found a mouse inside !!! Sadly, I could not find the restaurant manager. in the end, I reached the cashier guy I showed him everything but he didn't believe me and he started abusing us that I put that mouse myself in the sandwich. as evidence, I've taken some photos for the sandwich showing that died mouse was cooked and a part of the burger slice. I would like to receive compensation for that incident and the harm of my young daughter feelings, otherwise, I am willing to file a legal case against your restaurant and I will post the photos on all the social media channels. kindly find the attached photos for more information. Dear Sir, I am writing this email to show the dissatisfaction I had when I visited your restaurant ‘Little Ham Burg’ with my family. It grieves me to tell you that it was the worst experience I ever had. We had ordered two hamburgers, two fries and a bottle of water. After taking a bite of the hamburger I found a dead mouse in it. I felt like puking but controlled myself. We called the restaurant staff and complained regarding the distress. They asked me to talk to the cashier, as he was in charge in the absence of store manager. When I told him about the mouse in the food he started yelling at me and started behaving frantically. He said I am the one who put the mouse in the hamburger, which was served to me. I want you to take an immediate action regarding this matter. Otherwise, I apologize profusely to say that I will complain about it in the food and safety department. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction about my previous visit to your restaurant. I came to CELPIP Hamburger on Wednesday, Aug 5 at 3 PM with my daughters. I ordered 2 special cheeseburgers with fries and soda. However, when my order came to our table, it was a super shock moment for me and my daughters. She found a dead mouse in it! How could a famous restaurant like yours had a dead mouse in the food? Then, I made a complaint to your cashier named A, but she refused to help me because the dead mouse was not in there when she brought the food from the kitchen. On top of that, she was blaming me that I was the one who put it in my own food. This whole experience was really terrible, especially for my daughter because it has impacted her psychology. I was trying to find the restaurant manager but he/she was not there. I would like a full refund of my meal and a written statement regarding a dead mouse in my food immediately. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction over the bad experience I had at your restaurant. The diner is very popular in town so me and my friends went there last Friday to check why people kept coming back. Firstly, I was really excited to take my first bite of the hamburger however, it felt like I was chewing minute bones that I thought was part of the recipe. After some time, I smelled fresh blood so I thoroughly checked the patty and found a small rat in it. I felt ill knowing I have eaten the mouse's head so I immediately complained but, the situation was aggravated by the staff who put the blame on me saying that it was part of our scheme to destroy their reputation. I asked for a manager but no one was available so we left without a resolution. Unfortunately, I will not go back to the restaurant again and I will not recommend it to others. May this incident be a lesson for you to train your staff about good customer service and to improve the diner's sanitation. I am looking forward to your response. I don't think they will deduct any marks if you go slightly over the limit. But I can't remember exactly. I would say try to aim for 200.

I had a question on an exam, it was like this: you work at a bookstore and your supervisor is giving you hard times, you now want to write an e-mail to the manager tell him your situation and want would you like him to do for you. I was unable to think of any hard time about a bookstore supervisor could give me. I got a really bad mark on that exam.....

Sorry that you got a bad mark! What did you write? Maybe you could say: Dear Manager, I recently started working at your bookstore, and I'm trying to learn as fast as I can. I just wanted to bring one thing to your attention. The supervisor is giving me a hard time when I make mistakes. For example, I put a book on the wrong shelf and he yelled at me. I felt so hurt. I think new employees need to be encouraged and supported while they learn everything about the job..."

I wrote that I couldn't do a English & French catalogue because I don't speak French at all, but the supervisor insists. But thank you so much for the suggestions, I just realized that I could just write about little things, it doesn't need to be so complicated.

Another suggestion that could be made is this: I remember meeting the other supervisor that works in the evenings, he appears patient and more accommodating with new employees. If possible, I would appreciate that you change my schedule to evenings so that I could work with him.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your restaurant. Last week, I took my daughter to your restaurant for her birthday. We arrived there at 7:00 p.m. and we were so happy because we thought we would have a great time at your restaurant. We ordered hamburgers and orange juice to celebrate my daughter's birthday. When my daughter wanted to eat her sandwich, she suddenly screamed because she saw a small dead mouse in her food! It was a really terrible situation. I have heard a lot about your restaurant's reputation for high quality food, and this was unexpected and unbelievable. I called the cashier immediately and showed him the dead mouse, but unfortunately, he refused our complaint and told me that our restaurant is not responsible for this matter. Surprisingly, he accused us of putting it in there. I really do not know why I would do something like that in my daughter's birthday and ruin her happiness. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing you to regarding the incident I had in your restaurant. It happened two days ago when I had a dinner with my family. For one thing, I ordered a hamburger and it was served with a dead mouse in it. When I tried to get my first bite, I smelled something odd about the hamburger so I opened the top bun to see what was wrong. That was the time when I found the dead mouse. I could not believe the cook could miss something like that until it was delivered to us. For another thing, when I furiously complained about it to the cashier, she denied it was the restaurant fault and accused me instead. This is something unbelievable. I saw the dead mouse with a same burnt mark as the patty which mean it was the cook fault. I debated with the cashier for about fifteen minutes and she would not apologize. I was so disappointed with the experience so I expect the restaurant to give me a full refund and a proper compensation. I also expect the cashier to apologize to me personally. Dear sir/madam, I am writing this letter because of my embarrassment and dissatisfaction that I experienced in your fast food chain last 2 days ago. I went there in your placed to ate for my lunched and I didn't expect the situation it would happened. I always there to ate because I really like your food and the services you offered but during that time that I came in it was my unlucky day it's a disaster day. Around 12:30 in the afternoon when I enter in your fast food , there's a lot of people because of lunched break time and I full in lined for almost an hour to ordered my food. When the timed that I ordered your crew is so mad at me the tone of his voiced is so rude. I picked to ordered a combo hamburger with fries and drinks. Then after I ordered I found my seat and they served my food in the table where I am setting down.When the time I started to bite my food the person besides me he noticed that my hamburger was a dead mouse inside. My hungriness suddenly disappeared I drink my soda and right away I stand up and I went to the counter and I asked nicely the cashier why your burger that you served to me is liked that. I showed them the food with a hairy dead mouse spread. He responded that I am the one to put that mouse inside. I think it's not a nice attitude that he is accusing me, so many people who witness the incident and they also embarrassed to your employee. one thing is that I am so hungry why I should put that inside. I'm not insane to do that harsh act. I hope you understand my situation and pleased do some steps. Can you please make a full refund for the money that I payed. One more thing I can advised pleased tell your employee that they make organized and treated so nicely their costumer and ans. them in a well mannered behavior. Hopefully you can add some crew member services during the peak hour period. Hopefully next time when I visit in your place it will won't happen again the same scenario and also I expect that there is an improvement in your services. Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with an unsatisfactory incident happened at your famous restaurant. It was late in the evening on Saturday, when I thought of grabbing a hamburger for dine in. Though the service was quick, but I found a dead mouse inside the burger and was extremely disappointed. Being a regular customer, I was disgusted and straight away complained to the cashier. Firstly, the cashier asked me to wait for 10 mins as he was busy serving other customers. After that while discussing about the problem, he never bothered to listen and instead accused me of putting a dead mouse inside the burger so that I could get a free food. It was disheartening to be blamed by a cashier and not only he denied refund, but also refused to repeat my order. You are one of the most trusted restaurants in our area for 20 years and usually your service is impeccable. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with the experience i had at your restaurant. On March 5th, I took my son to your restaurant for his birthday. We reached the restaurant at 8:00pm and waited to be seated. We stood at the entrance and waiting for 20min before someone arrived and took us to our seat although restaurant was not that crowded. We sat down and began looking at the menu. It was at least another 15min before our server come back and take the order. At on point even the server bought someone else food to our table. That evening the service was terrible and even the food made us more disappointed. We ordered a hamburger and to be surprised we received the hamburger which smells pungent. So i opened the wrap to see the ingredient inside which completely amazed me seeing a dead mouse inside. I went to the cashier to complain about this and to be more surprised he accused me of putting it inside. We left the restaurant extremely disappointments in the experience. I know the restaurant had good review and rating. I would like to give another chance and would like full refund for my meal and discount voucher for next visit. Dear sir or madam I am writing this mail to inform you about the terrible experience I had at your restaurant on my last visit. On March 15, I went there with one of my friends to enjoy my interval at work. We arrived at 1520 and ordered for 2 Hamburgers and beer. We received the ordered food after 30 minutes. When I opened my hamburger, to add some mayonnaise, I found small dead mice inside. I felt so bad as I am one of the frequent customers at your restaurant. My friend has also witnessed this incident. I called the person who served the dish, but he did not give me any response regarding it and told not to overreact. I went to the cashier as you were not present at the store. It was also disturbing and equally surprising that the cashier accused me of placing the mice inside the burger even before listening to my complaint. I felt as embarrassed as I was insulted in front of the other visitors of the restaurant. As my friend recorded the event on his phone camera I have evidence regarding this incident. I would like to remember you that a person like me, who daily visit your store, would not try to humiliate you by doing such thing. I would like to have a written and verbal apology from your staff, otherwise, I may have to take this issue to the competent authority with all evidence I have. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this email to notify you about a recent incident which had happened in one of your restaurant located at 62, Fraser, Toronto I had gone to your restaurant with my mother on Sunday 17th Feb, where I had ordered a hamburger and the server brought the food to our table. When we were about to taste the food, to our surprise we see a dead mouse in it and I immediately called the cashier to inform him about this incident. But what was shocking to me was that he had accused us of putting it in the hamburger for getting free food. I immediately had to record the entire incident on Facebook and post it. While doing so, the cashier and the server caught us by our neck and threw our phones away and pushed us outside the restaurant which was totally unacceptable. Dear Sir, It is with deep regret that I write to you to inform about my terrible experience at Burger King by the Wellington Street recently. My friends and I visited it on the eve of my friend's birthday. We ordered hamburgers and sat in the vacant chairs. I was eager to have the burger since I always liked the Burger King's hamburger. I took the first bite and felt that the burger tasted different than usual. So, I just checked the burger and was shocked to see a dead mouse instead of the patty. I immediately went to the counter and explained the situation to the cashier. He reluctantly listened to me and accused me of putting the dead mouse beneath the burger and rubbed it off it as a cheap trick for a free burger. That statement just annoyed me. Without much fuss, I returned from the restaurant, very much agitated. I always enjoyed visiting burger king but this incident changed everything.I am not expecting a refund or a discount on my next visit, but a genuine apology from the cashier so that I keep enjoying the hamburgers at Burger King. Dear Sir, I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your restaurant. On June 15th, I went to your restaurant for lunch. I arrived at 1:00 p.m. and waited for my turn. Finally, the cashier took my order and told me to wait for a few minutes. I sat down and began talking to the person sitting across about the hamburger that I had ordered. It was at least 20 minutes when the cashier called me to pick up my order. I took the order to my table and suddenly noticed a tail coming out of the hamburger. I was startled and immediately took the order to the cashier and told him about the dead mouse inside the burger. Dear restaurant manager, I am writing this email because of the terrible incident I have faced yesterday in your restaurant. I visited your restaurant around lunch time yesterday for a quick bite and ordered a hamburger. After I received my food I took a bite from hamburger and I felt something weird. Well, you can choose your favourite. But I would suggest using "regards" for semi-formal emails and "sincerely" for very formal emails.

Hi George! CELPIP is a Canadian exam that is basically like IELTS. IELTS and TOEFL are international exams. The Canadian government accepts IELTS and CELPIP for permanent residency applications.

The restaurant was Jam packed and the waiting time was more than 30 mins.I was totally disappointed for this welcome experience after a long travel to that location .There was no designated person to take care of the waiting list which in turn created lot of difficulties. Once we moved in to the dining area, we preferred to order authentic Indian food on that day knowing the specialty of the restaurant. The Rice was half Boiled and the non veg items were not well cooked .We requested them to change the food but all request went in Vain. I tried to reach to the restaurant manager to discuss the matter .Unfortunately he was on leave.So I thought of speaking to him over the email/phone. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment about my experience at your restaurant. Last week, I went to the Burger King store located at Santa Clara Square for lunch. It turned out that the food there was awful. I arrived there around 12 p.m. and I ordered a double cheeseburger with beef inside, medium-sized french fries, and a diet Coke as a beverage on your app in advance. After waiting about twenty minutes, the server notified me that my order was ready for pickup. However, the beef was stale, and the fries were not crispy at all. What's more, I even found a dead mouse in my hamburger. I was extremely scared and I dropped the food bag on the floor out of surprise. Your service was frustrating as well. Then I had an argument with the cashier and asked for a full refund, but he was extremely impolite. He refused my request without further investigation and claimed that it was me who put the dead mouse into the burger. When many people were watching us, he accused me of doing this out of purpose. I left your restaurant with full disappointment and anger. I ordered a hamburger last Saturday because my friend Tom recommended your restaurant several times. I came to your restaurant at 7:00pm and I ordered the Angus hamburger that the server and my friend both recommended it. I was excited about that. Dear Sir or Madam, This email is in regard to the service I had received at your restaurant. On 25th June, I took all my friends to your restaurant for my birthday. We arrived at your restaurant at 7.00 pm and everyone admired the ambience in the restaurant. I was about to take a bite from the meal I ordered but suddenly I felt the irregular shape of the burger caused by the presence of mouse. Everyone in the restaurant were shocked and left restaurant immediately because of this carelessness in the cooking department. Another thing which is even more unappealing is when the cashier accused us of putting the mouse in the meal. This was really frustrating for everyone and we had pay for the food and mistake we never committed. We left the restaurant extremely unsatisfied this time. I know your restaurant has a good reputation and I want to give another chance. I would like you to take the right action on the cashier who argued with us. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this email to share my concern about my experience when I last visited your restaurant. I brought my wife to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. On 26th of August to be precise, my wife and I visited your restaurant and we ordered 2 pieces of large hamburgers, to my greatest surprise I saw a dead mouse inside my hamburger that I have eaten half way already, due to this, I instantly started having stomach ache. Also, I was very disappointed with the service I received from the cashier, as I immediately went to him to complain about the dead mouse I found in my food, he, in a rude manner accused me of putting the dead mouse in my burger. This kind of service is totally not acceptable. I visited your restaurant because of its good reputable, I still believe your high hospitality standards, therefore, I demand a full refund of my money, as well as, a meal discount on my next visit. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and food I got at your restaurant. On the 17th of May, I decided to have my lunch at your restaurant during my break. I arrived at your restaurant at around noon and ordered a hamburger. It took about 30 minutes before the hamburger was served. Immediately after I received my order, I discovered that there was a dead mouse in-between the burger. I was devasted and immediately called the attention of the cashier to it. The cashier not only dismissed my complaint but also insisted that I kept the dead mouse in my meal. I was flabbergasted at the outburst of the cashier and inquired for an immediate refund and permission to speak with the person in charge. I left the restaurant unsatisfied. I know your restaurant is known to be the best in serving hamburgers and that is the reason why I am writing this email, for a proper orientation to be given to your employees to avoid such an approach I experienced and for a discount on my next order when I go there. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this mail regarding to food and service qualities of your restaurant. On last Sunday I went to your restaurant along with my family, We ordered some food items i.e Noodles, Chicken Burger, Pizza. I am quite happy with the two items except the Noodles, because it was so spicy and it was not looking fresh, so we could not have that. Also I am not happy with the service of your restaurant, I ordered my food at around 2:00 am and I was assured that I will get it within 10-20 minutes, but I had to wait for more time and when I asked for this delay, they did not have any valid response on it. I feel, you should improve your services and food qualities, I suggest you to ask customer about his choice when he ordered any item and you should have a feedback process for the customer as well. Dear Store Manager, I am writing to complained about what happen last night between your Cashier. He accuses me for putting dead mouse in my ordered Hamburger. I went in your restaurant and ordered a hamburger. Unfortunately, the hamburger had a dead mouse. Then I immediately complained and ask your cashier to replaced my order. We ordered Hamburger and some kids meals. First of all, we received our orders very lately and on top of it there is one dead mouse on our Hamburger. Dear Sir, I am writing this email to show sever dissatisfaction and to complain about hygiene conditions of your restaurant and staff behavior to customers. As xyz branch of your restaurant in near to my office, during my lunch time I went to restaurant to take any snake because that day I was so busy. When I reached to restaurant that time on counter there was no one to take order from me. After long wait someone take my order. I order one large size chicken cheese burger along with drink. When I saw from counter inside the kitchen that there was lot of garbage, which was not removed. After 10 minutes I received my burger and drink then I rushed towards any table. I just open my burger to put sauce suddenly I became shocked. There was I small long tailed dead mouse inside my burger. I had never seen this type of scene in any restaurant before in my life. After that I showed this burger along with dead animal to cashier and then by his words I got another shock because he told me that this mouse I putted in the burger just to complain. Then I did not stay one minute in restaurant. As your restaurant in famous in our city due to that I don’t want to leave you, I want to give second chance so as for compensation, next month I will celebrate my birthday party with 10 family members and friends. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your restaurant. On October 12, I visited there along with my friend. We ordered two hamburgers, Russian salad and red wine. Surprisingly, the food quality was terrible as there was a dead mouse in one of the hamburgers. We immediately called the server and complained to the cashier. The worst part is that the carrier did not believe us and in return accused us that we put the dead mouse in the hamburger. After such a bad experience, we paid and left the restaurant without finishing our food and drinks. Therefore, I hope you will take notice of the incident, the poor service and food quality and ensure to maintain the high reputation of your restaurant. I know the restaurant has a good reputation in the region and we will give it another try next time after we get a full refund for our food and discount for our next visit. Dear Sir, I'm writing this email because I have dissatisfaction about your restaurant. on July 20th, I visited your restaurant with my friend.As soon as we went restaarant, we were treated badly. The server didn't guide us to seat quickly, so we waited a lot and we ordered too late. Even it took a very long time to recieve food. After I received hamburger and first bite, I felt weird. So I spit out of my mouth. And I could see something small grey stuff. My friend checked what it is, and he said "it is a dead mouse". Dear Si/Madam, I am writing you to explain my complaint and to find a solution for the bad experience I had at your restaurant. Last Friday I came with my friend to have our lunch at your restaurant. After we ordered our two combo meals and started to eat, I noticed the presence of unusual taste. When I investigated the meat, I found dead mouse! I called the waiter to tell him, but I am really shocked of what he said. He denied the presence of such thing and accused me of putting it in the sandwich! Not only he didn’t apologize for this terrible mistake but also, he tried to push the problem away from their side by accusing me! I left the restaurant with my friend, who was extremely upset, after paying the full amounts for both meals. I know that you have a good reputation and I would like to give you a second chance. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your restaurant. Yesterday, May 24th, I visited your restaurant along with three of my friends. It was the birthday of one of them and we decided to treat ourselves to dinner at your restaurant. We arrived at the location around 7:35 p.m and noticed there was only one seat available. We did not want to order take-out so we decided to wait outside for additional free seats. After 20 minutes, a family vacated their seats and we went in and took the seats. We ordered some hamburgers for the four of us along with fries and drinks (combos). It took another 25 minutes to receive the orders due to delays. The cashier had inadvertently left out our orders as she busied herself with a customer's complain. On receiving our orders, we said a few jokes and made a song quietly for the celebrant. The celebration had just begun, we thought. I unwrapped my hamburger and I noticed a dark spot just above the cheese. I then separated it and found a dead mouse laying in the hamburger. It was a very devastating experience. Our cheerful birthday jokes quickly went on to become morbid. I approached the cashier to explain my discovery hoping for some apologies and replacement. Instead, she disregarded my complain and accused me of planting the dead mouse in the hamburger just to make them (the workers) look bad. She did state that she won't be having any such mischief. I felt embarrassed. I tried to press a bit further to get her attention but she seems convinced that I planted the dead mouse and wouldn't even check with the back staff to notify them of the appalling situation. We left the restaurant feeling a mix of disappointment and embarrassment. We had hoped for a fun evening at the restaurant we had high regard for and love to visit. Dear Store Manager, I am writing this email to complain about the food quality and service at your burger café. Yesterday I went to the café with my friend in evening. I ordered chicken burger like every time. When I received my burger then I found something not right with the size of burger. Usually burger is of medium size but this time it was looking pretty much like a jumbo burger. Since I didn’t order jumbo burger thus I opened the burger and found a dead mouse beneath the chicken patty. I got scared by this sight and immediately reported this thing to the cashier. I was expecting that cashier will replace my burger immediately and take strict action against the cook. But instead in return he put a false allegation on me, saying that I put that mouse in the burger. I got extremely shocked by the cashier’s response and his behavior. I request you to take a strict action against him and also investigate how that dead mouse landed inside my burger. I would like a full refund for the money I spent on my meal. There were a few people in the restaurant. However, It took me fourthly minutes to place my order because some of your employees were busy chatting and playing with their cell phones. I ordered a crispy chicken hamburger and orange juice. I had to wait for an additional ten minutes to be served. The hamburger looked trouble. It was dry and when I looked closely I saw a died mouse.
