Hi Mark, thanks for the lesson. Here is my answer: In my opinion, building a history museum is a better option. Even though, a new swimming pool would be exciting for the kids. I believe we can use our budget and resources to create a place where our children and adults can learn and acquire knowledge. Our town has a history spans for a thousand years. Therefore, we have a lot of great stories that need to be passed down to our younger generation. Building a history museum will not only create a space to display our antiques, but it also gives us a realistic environment to keep our history going. Also, a newly built history museum will attract more tourists to our town. By selling entry tickets to visitors or the other school from the nearby town, we can have the profit to support our community. Moreover, our town will be more notable and there is a chance that more and more people will know about the history of our ancestors. In conclusion, a new museum is worth building because it will bring fresh air to our town. The museum will help us protect our history and generate a profit to help our community as well.

Hi Mark, I am going to appear for CELPIP exam next month and i am prepping myself with your videos and from your channel for the past 3 weeks. It really helps me a lot to understand the structure of the exam. Here is my answer for this survey question: In my perspective,it would be better to create a Shopping mall for our town. Even though recreational park will give the greenly ambience,shopping mall will create lot of fun factors for the tenants who live in this community. Additionally it will boom the economical factor for our town which will be very good. Firstly, shopping mall will provide more entertainment factor for our town. It has got movie theater, restaurants etc., which will give plenty relaxing time from the work load for our people who live in this town. By having super market in our town inside the shopping mall will solve many problem for our people. They do not even need to travel a long distance for their groceries which will save their energy and Time. Visualizing shopping mall will yield benefit of attracting people to our town which will make our town more crazy and busy among people live in other town. Secondly,shopping mall will boom the economical factor for our town. Since shopping mall has lot of options by comprising of variety of shops, it will create plenty of job opportunities. People from our town are already suffering with the economical factor due to lack of employment. This shopping mall will give them a platform to outrage the problem which they have. Additionally,the lifestyle of people also will get change if we have shopping mall. Mainly due to the upcoming restaurants raising in the shopping mall which will be pleasant treat to the families who live in our town. They can enjoy plethora of food with all other fun factors surrounded in the mall. By considering all these factors, i am suggesting to create Shopping mall in our town.Even though creating recreational park will create some positivism around it, shopping mall will get the overwhelming response from our people who live in this town. Hello Mark! I been watching you and advising my friends to watch you. You help me a lot. I learned a lot from your videos. God bless you! This is my sample essay, I hope you have time to rate this. I will have my exam soon. Thank you 🙏 I would prefer to build recreational park. I think this is way far better choice to have a recreational park than the shopping complex. There are several reasons that I prefer the recreational park. The first main reason that I would go for recreational park is that most of the people living in the town are families with small children and seniors. In that case, a large green area in our town will have a great benefits to the health of the community. The second reason is that having a sports complex in the town will be a good impact to the kids who loves sports and it will help to prevent obesity. In addition, sports can help to boost the confidence and teamwork. It is also a good place to create bonding with family and friends than going to a shopping complex. Lastly, having a recreational park that includes the petting zoo will attract the community as well outside the town and because of that it will bring income to our town and the money will be save could help the town for future infrastructure. Therefore, I strongly recommend to build a recreational park to our town.

In our place it is a small town but lot of children playing around especially during summer time. In this option I prefer to pick an option B. I think this is suited to those kids not only during summer time but also during winter time rather than a swimming pool which is seasonal only. It can used only during summer time and winter season they close it. The 1st reason why i prefer the history museum is that very informative and educational for the children so that they will know the previous history of our place the important event and happening during those time that did not yet exist in this world. In addition it also give values on how to love those ancient history and how to preserve those memories from generation to generation. It's adds to the behavioral sides of those children on how they value and care those history. In this history museum they can also conduct some activities that encourage those children to learn and have fun during cold season. This is a big help in our community to have one of this, a lot of knowledgeable things that you can impart to their cognitive aspect and as well as to their motor development. In my opinion, option B would be compatible with our town as we already have a sporting facility with a Gym for young athletes. Also, we have really long winters and swimming is one of the activities which would take a back seat then. My first reason for a history museum is that it is an extremely good source of knowledge for teenagers. It would make a subject like history really fun for school going children. Schools can also arrange small tours for the students and it can a very enthralling session outside the classroom. In addition to this, I think, a history museum can be a good source of revenue for our township. Visitors from outside our town can also come and visit the museum which would surely spread the word around making the history museum a popular tourist spot. Last but not the least, a history museum can be frequented by people of all ages throughout the year including our winters as it would be completely indoors. We can also reduce the entry fee during winters. I hope I am able to put forward my point of view in favor of the history museum in our town. Personally, I prefer Option B. Because unlike swimming pool which can only benefit small number of people, History Museum can become a tourist spot and attracts visitors from around the world besides home residents, further more, it is a valuable teaching material for school. My name is Touqeer Ahamd and I am living near that large green area in the town. Thanks for giving me opportunity to participate in such important survey. I would like to prefer option A to make swimming pool on that empty place. Although in our town there is already a swimming pool but that swimming pool is under a private authority. XYZ corporation who own that swimming pool charge monthly membership fee from general public, that fee is above than our thoughts. If our town management build a well-equipped swimming pool, then swimming lover from general public can enjoy this facility on very economical fee. Secondly our town young generation is very talented in sports, even though there are very less sports facilities. By building a new swimming pool after that with the help of good swimming coaches not only our youth can make themselves more fit and energetic but also can bring medals for our town. By this our town get fame also. Off course history museum is also a good project but with the passage of time importance of history museum is decreasing and there are hundreds of history books in our town library. History lovers can get benefit from such books. To recapitulate by considering above reasons I would say by building swimming pool, our town get more benefit in terms of by reducing cost swimming for swimmers, fitness of our youth along with that medals for our town in sports competitions.

In my opinion, option A would be perfect for our town. Building a history museum does has its own advantages, but it will cost us a lot of money. From a long term perspective, to maintain that history museum is also a huge financial burden to us. A swimming pool would be perfect for our town because it will encourage the residents, both old and young, to do more exercise. A swimming pool will be availabe in summer as well as in winter. During daytime, seniors can go there to swim. For those who go to work and school, they may do some exercise early in the morning or during evening time. It will help everybody to keep healthy. Also, having a swimming pool will bring our town extra income. We could lease the swimming pool for swimming or diving matches. It also will provide a good location for swimming teachers to teach their students. If we had a nice swimming pool, it would be a good source of income for our town! It is very considerate of the town management to utilize our views. In my opinion option B will have a lasting impact in future , even though the native's do not have the advantage of swimming pool nearby. A History Museum will not only attract more visitors but also generate more revenue which will be good for the economy. This will help in tapping cash influx including more foreign transactions. Moreover building a History Museum will cost less in comparison to constructing a swimming pool which requires proper security procedures or licenses where human well being is of utmost importance. Finally our young adults will not only be limited to there school text books to know out our ancient history.For Example : Last weekend my kid was trying to extract information from me about the bygone era. I believe that the swimming pool is a better option for several reasons. Firstly, the swimming pool can host a lot of people at the same time from different ages which is not the option at the museum, Moreover, the Swimming pool can be used by the senior citizens, disabled for different therapy activities. WE are living in a small town and we are ten thousand people in town.. apart from that we will have to build some building for developing their town.. some people say that we should build a swimming pool and other have their own opinion that we should build a museum.. in my opinion is that the museum would be better option than the other.. In my opinion, option B will be the better one. As our city does not have any historic museums, so this can be the perfect and good option. History Museum attracts lot of visitors and it will increase in source of income to the city. Around our city, we dont have any ancient or historic museums to visit, this can be the best place for the city. As it has greenary, it can help people to rest and walk around for sometime. In my opinion, option B would be better. Because our town has been known as historical place after World War II with many pieces of old stories and heroes, I think it would be a better choice. If we build a swimming pool, it will be used only by local residents but not bring out valuable income and attract visitors to this town. A historical place would be perfect because there were so many tails about our previous generations fighting against the enemies to protect our country, as well as memorable areas and stuff being recreated to reflect and memorize how people survived from the war. The pool will always be busy and would require a lot of maintenance. The history museum would be a perfect idea for our town because it will serve as a point for tourist attraction for the town. According to my opinion, a history museum is a better option. Although swimming pool helps children and adults swim and maintain proper health, I believe that during winter, it is not possible to go swim unless the pool is built indoor. Firstly, history museum enables citizens and visitors to understand the different episodes of history. It is a good opportunity for students to learn history faster, unlike, the traditional method of learning in the classroom and also enhance their research. Apart from that, the town can increase its revenue and attract more visitors year round, by spreading the news of this newly built history museum and its unique showcases. As of now our town is small and not a significant one from tourism perspective. This is the right opportunity. Accumulating all the above reasons, I vote for the history museum. Your videos are amazing! You are on the right way. For several years we could find only videos related to IELTS and only few videos related to Celpip. So, I have another doubt. On IELTS, if you make a grammar mistake the person who is correcting your exam will not consider that wrong sentence, he/she will deduct some marks and he/she will subtract the amount of words from the total. Does it happen on CELPIP as well? Usually on IELTS, some specialists say to write more than 200 words, because some words will be deducted. Thanks again!

The way I see it, it will be more suitable to set up a history museum as opposed to building a swimming pool. Pools are definitely great for recreation, relaxation and exercising, but I believe some families already own pools in their homes. An alternative is the town's flowing river that has been safe for centuries. Having mentioned these already available alternatives for a pool, I believe the history museum will go a long way in boosting our town’s development. With a standard structure put in place and equipped with monuments, kids and adults alike will have the opportunity to dive into the background story of the town and the past heroic acts of the forerunners. Learning all these history could serve as a source of inspiration for natives and immigrant residents. As a saying goes, “a generation which ignores history has no past and no future.” Finally, the museum could serve as a tourist attraction site for visitors in neighboring towns and other countries. In essence, our preserved past events can help generate revenue for future projects. So for me, the construction of a museum is our best bet.

Great question! In this situation, it's very common to flip back and forth between hypothetical and real-life language. We use the subjunctive construction in hypothetical situations. In this survey, the town is actually going to build one of the options...so it's not hypothetical. But, in a way, it is hypothetical because we're not sure what the town is going to choose. So we can use either grammatical construction. Take a look at this example: If we order a medium pizza, it won't be big enough to feed all of us. If we ordered a medium pizza, it wouldn't be big enough to feed all of us. Both are correct, but the first one is much more common. Does that make sense?

When I learned those writing samples from Christin Lee’s Books( official study books from CELPIP), he always insisted on using subjonctif with “if”. Also, he asked us to use his format, which means in the first paragraph,using phrases like “ Both options have advantages, I can see why some people might choose option X. However, as the whole, there are several reasons why Option Y is my preference “. Then, in the last conclusion paragraph, he advised us to use “ As far as I am concerned, option Y is a better option “. I copied these texts when wrote my exam, and I didn’t get a high mark in my writing at all! In fact, using his strategy limited my own words, I had to delete my various way of expression in order to keep his “ bible strategy”. In contrast, your writing style is pretty much more natural and well developed. I will learn from your way of writing if I decide to rewrite my exam. Your videos are super! They deserve more audiences likely 100,000. I think if you can do some marketing, your channels will be more popular and helpful for English learners or English lovers. For example, you can add some clips of your testimonies in your future videos, creat a Facebook group for those who purchased your e-learning materials ( if any) etc etc. Today is the Lunar New Year Eve in Chinese calendar, I wish you and your family a healthy, happy and prosperous Year of the Dog.

In my opinion, Option A would be a great idea. Our town is perfect weather in summer. But there is not enough place to go out with families. Also our neighboring town has built a new history museum where is not far from our town. Our town history is not really interested. Another thing is there are not swimming pool in our neighboring area. So that many families would come to our swimming pool. It would be income for our town. Also It would be more active and vibrant when many visitors could come. There is only one swimming pool which is in school in our town. Only the students are allowed to use it. There are many elderly person in our town who has difficulty with mobility. Swimming is good for health. Especially who is not able to walk well. But elderly people in our town are not able to go swimming pool in the school. Considering these reason, Our town would be better off with the swimming pool. Our town can get income from neighboring area. Also It would be more vibrant to build the swimming pool. It would help for elderly people’s health too.

Both options have some advantages, and I can see why some people think that building a swimming pool will be advantageous for our town. However, there are several reasons why option B would be my preference. For one thing, our town has many interesting historical cultures and relics. By building a museum we can promote the uniqueness of our town. It will also help to preserve our culture in for our kids to pass on. For another thing, the museum will give additional benefit to the local school where children can learn in a more interesting way. Kids will be excited to learn about the history at the museum instead of only learn it in class. They also can see the relic directly instead of only saw it in the book or video. Finally, building a museum will attract tourists to our town and it will boost the economy of our town. By adding a museum, tourists will not only spend time in our town to enjoy our famous ski resorts so they will stay longer in our town. I understand that a gold medalist swimmer comes from our town so swimming is pretty popular lately. However, we already have 3 swimming pools and I rarely saw more than 10 people coming to the swimming pools at the same time. Therefore, building another swimming pool will not be as advantageous compared to building a museum. Considering these reasons, I strongly recommend building a museum instead of a swimming pool.

Good afternoon mark. First of all I would like to say I gave my opinion with the first example so, I am going to give you my personal opinion and would be nice to see what you think. In my opinion I would prefer the second choice. I think it would be much better if people enjoy this zone of the area doing sports, resting and spendig time with some friends or having a good day with your family.You could also take your girlfriend there and enjoy a comfortable day beside her by camping or maybe practicing some sport with her. I think this idea would really include everyone into it. You even could have a good day with your pet , this would be a perfect place to play and to spend time with your best friend ( the pet). Another reason I would choose second choice is that nowadays we have a lot of places destineted to shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It would be nice if we take advantage on these kind of places. Respecting the trees, respecting green zones, respecting nature in general. So, if we keep these places and if we can coexist with nature, it is going to be a good step for us like a society of respect. In my opinion, building a swimming pool is a better idea. It is a brilliant idea for youth for fitness and health prospective. Even though museum is also a good idea, but history is not a favorite subject for many. Firstly, the option of swimming pool would be a great opportunity for the ones who wish to pursue sports as a passion or profession. Swimming is said to be a top-notch exercise, if we consider fitness a concern. Secondly, swimming is a very good exercise for the the people who are suffering from arthritis and other joint problems. Because a museum offers entertainment and knowledge for its audience. For one thing, the History museum would provide so much fun for its population. As per my opinion, the history museum prefers to the swimming pool for residents of my town. My city and also my province has a strong history. I pride in my ancient history and I would introduce my ancient culture to other people and rather too young people. Having a swimming pool in our town will make everyone excited because almost everybody loves swimming and playing in water. It will serve every age group. the young and the old. People have contrasting view about what to build in the community, while some are of the opinion that building a swimming pool is better, I believe that building a history museum will be more beneficial to the community, especially in educating the younger generations about their history, as well as, generating income for the community. Personally, I think building a Shopping centre will be a better option. Even though developing a Recreational Park will be an amazing idea, our town is in immediate need of a huge, modern Shopping Complex. Firstly, new complex will play a vital role in improving our city's economic development as it will create ample job opportunities for the citizens. During the construction, many workers would be benefitted from the temporary jobs and once it is built, it would help students to grab summer jobs in the restaurants and supermarket. Most importantly, we have only one mall in our town which is ancient, having limited options to shop. Moreover, the theatre is in very bad condition wherein the seats are filthy and auditorium is less spacious. Given the fact that it is being built in a secluded place, it is quite unsafe to visit at odd hours. Considering these reasons, I believe that option A would be a substantial investment and most of the residents of our town will be delighted. The large open area has been a subject of discussion for quite some time and is being eyed by a few realtors from out of town to develop something on it. I believe the modern shopping complex will be an excellent idea for this spot. Being the centre of the town this place has great accessibility and with a shopping complex it will help the town to generate funds for its other projects. The town has always relied on nearby cities for other than local cuisine, to catch the latest movie or shopping for premium brands but with the shopping complex the residents will have it all in their own backyard. Apart from that, the shops, restaurants and cinema will provide a much needed employment and business opportunities for the local youth. They no longer will have to live in the city for work. The town has quite a few senior citizens staying, with their families and grandchildren visiting them, the shopping complex will provide them an opportunity for some recreation and a nice family time. I understand the shopping complex will increase the crowd in our quiet and peaceful town but given the advantages this will be small adjustment we need to make.

Hi Mark, Please rate my write up on the survey task. It is my pleasure to air my views on the best facility to be erected the city's green area. I have been a resident of this city for over ten years. I my opinion I would like the implementation of option B for some reasons. Firstly, the city lacks sporting centres currently whereas, there have been a lot shopping malls around. Nowadays, sports has been a very good business for the youths. I think having a standard sports facility would be very beneficial to our young children and we adults as well. Moreover, if we develop a well know sport centre, our city could be considered as one the venues in the forth coming Paralympic games, which would boost the economic value of this great city. Secondly, petting zoo could be a lucrative investment opportunity. It could attract a lot of children in and outside the province during the summer break. The money generated in this project could be used for maintenance of other infrastructures within the city. City Development Survey My hometown, a developing city, may have a lot of young citizens in few years due to the fast immigration of international residents. According to the given topics option A is more suitable. In our city summer weather is hot and long too. In our town public swiming pool are less in number. The existing swimmung pool are not in good condition as well as a huge number of people visit it on daily basis, specially on weekends. Thats why People used to go out side the city to swim in the rivers and canals, which are very unsafe. Every year casualty ratio increased due to lack of swimming expertise as well as high pressure water flow. I finished it during 27 minutes but I proofread it after that and made some changes. As for me, I am in favor of the option A -- a new swimming pool. Our town is not a historical site, a history museum will not attract tourists, and it might not survive due to the lack of funding. However a swimming pool may actually make it. First of all, the town needs a public swimming pool. We have only two this kind of facilities in town, one is too small, and another one is at the university. Even though it is big enough, we could not use it during the week days and we have to pay ten dollars every weekends. As a result, I stopped going after six month because it is costly for a long-term swimmer. Moreover, this area has enough space to build a professional swimming pool. We could use it for training propose, public using and holding professional competitions and so on. It could bring a large number of activities for youngsters to engage, and also provides adults and elderly opportunities to exercise. In conclusion, I believe a swimming pool will not only benefits the citizens, but also will make profit for the government.

Hi , Can you please review it and help me for any corrections: In my opinion Option B would be better for our town. Right now, we have many swimming pools and few are very well maintained, also we have recreational centers which is having pools for enrolled families. A History Museum will be perfect as we don’t have any tourism attraction in our town. This will help to create many employments along with good collection of funds through entrance tickets for future development of our town. This will resolve the unemployment problem which people are currently facing. Also, having History Museum will help our children’s to know our History very well. And will give them the knowledge of how people sacrificed their life to build this beautiful country. This will make them strong and build the confidence to move further. Considering these two reasons, I would recommend for building some nice History Museum with ultra-modern facilities, paintings and sculptures.

There are a couple of reasons why option A; Swimming Pool, would be the better choice. Firstly, swimming pool would promote people’s fitness and well-being in our city. Children can take swimming lessons which can reduce the level of obesity rate, and senior citizens also enjoy aerobic in the water which strength weaken muscles in their body and increase flexibility. Moreover, young parents would experience the affection with their little kids while playing in the water. Study shows that infants and toddlers feel very safe in the water as if they were in their mom’s tummy. Secondly, there is no near by swimming pool in our city. In hot summer, Kids has no where to go to cool themselves down. we used to have a sprinkler in the park, but the local government cut off the budget and closed it down. Having a swimming pool is the top priority in our town. On contrast, we have already had the history museum, and I heard that visitors have been decreasing yearly. It would be better if we could upgrade the historical museum to attract people’s attention instead of implementing another history museum. Considering these reasons, we should initiate swimming pool

If we get a history museum, it would be a waste of money because we have fifteen museums. a swimming pool would be a great spot for our young people to keep them dynamic and active. So, having a history museum will give the people a chance to learn the known and unknown facts about the past of the town. Today is a era of the technology, where people spend most of their time on gadgets so having a museum would act as a teaching tool for the teenagers and the younger generation about the religious, cultural and historical values of their hometown. It will allow the people to learn about the kingdoms and the techniques that were used in the former times. Moreover having a museum, will help the town grow economically. The museum will attract the tourists from around the world to learn more about customs and ideas of the ancient times. Also, it will increase the employment opportunities for the locals by opening restaurants, hotels and shops selling souvenirs. I would prefer option A over B. By developing a big shopping complex creates lot many opportunities for the city. It will create many local job opportunities for the town where they get employment from this shopping complex. New business brings revenue for the city and property prices may increase which proportionally benefits the residents too. Local residents of the town need not to visit other distant places for shopping while they get everything under one roof. Families will be able to enjoy their weekend time for leisure close to their place. Residents will also be able to save lot of time and money by avoiding visiting other malls. Multiple vendors will be interested to invest in the shopping complex because of the 10,000 untapped populations in the area. Number of visitors will be guaranteed regardless of any season or weather. There is always a demand of food, products and entertainment among all age group and ethnicity. Building recreational park cost huge money and then having zoo and sports complex cost additional amount. While the recreational park is mostly popular only during summer and sports complex, zoo always target specific audiences only. When we are trying to find best alternative for 10,000 people we should accommodate which satisfy the needs of the majority.

For full week of fun I would recommended Bhama’s cruise trip which is for 7days long with on deck entertainment and much more. I have been to bhama’s with my friends and had marvellous experience. Firstly, Most of the time we will be spending on cruise with lots of entairtenment options including amusement park, casino, open bar, various cuisines to experience and fitness center as our cousin Jeff does not like to miss his workout schedule. Secondly, Trip include halts at Florida, bhamas and 2 small islands. Each of these have their own special attaractions, lot of water sports, including scuba diving, riding water scooters and many more. Firstly, having fitness facility in the building is convenient for employees as they could workout at the convenient timings such as early morning right before work or post work or at their convenient timing without having fixed schedule for workout and missing them due to work related timings or fitness center timings. Post workout employees can hit the shower and start working fresh, which I the most convenient option. Secondly, It is better than giving cash allowance to employees which cannot guaranted on their joining/visiting local fitness center, which might lead back to square one. Also having fitness center at workplace will make employees enthuastic and compete with fellow colleagues. Offering most active awards will also keep them active and health personally and professional. According to the recent study published by Harvard research, people who workout early at convenient workplace are more active compared to people workout at stressful and inconvenient locations.

There is no doubt both swimming pool and History museum can be beneficial for our town. While some people believe history museum is better choice, others argue that swimming pool is perfect for town. I totally agree that history museum is more beneficial for our town. One of the most significant benefits of history museum is tourist attraction. Most of town nearby do not have any museum. It can be good change for our town to appeal people around.For instance, westminster town museum in Vancouver attract 50.000 people in a year. And they create 3M CAD revenue from tourist activities in the museum. This facility can be a heart of tourist attraction and we can gain economical development in this way. On the other hand, we have already five swimming pools spread all of the town. So we do not feel lock of these kind of facilities. For another thing, Museums are very important part of educations and has very positive impact on our children. For example, when I went to history museum in London first time, I really effected in a positive way. Curator showed us historical swords, old surgeon machines and told many stories about these goods. After this trip, I decided to be doctor. Because the story about a doctor in 17 century affected me deeply. As a result, we do not have such a inspirational facility in our town and need it for our children. Considering these reasons, our town would be better off with historical museum. I totally believe that this museum will provide both economical improvement for our town. Besides Our children get inspirational effects from the museum.

In my opinion, city should build a history museum in that undeveloped area because of following reasons. Firstly, having a history museum in the town will attract lot of people from nearby areas as well as from other cities. This will generate lot of revenues for the city which can be used for maintenance and developing a new infrastructure in the city. Secondly, museum will be a good source of education and recreation for kids as well as people of other age. I think even though internet has everything but still people now days don’t know much about history. Because majority of the time, they are engrossed in social websites, shopping malls, etc. Thus, museum will be a good source to educate them without letting them know that they are learning. Thirdly, mostly all schools and communities present in town have swimming pools. Thus, I don’t see any advantage of building another swimming pool in that undeveloped area. Considering the above reasons, I feel building a history museum will be a better option than a swimming pool.

First and foremost, there is no History museum available in our area. If there is museum in our community, the younger generation will come to know about the historic importance of our area. These can be used to teach the upcoming generation about the importance of our community. In addition to that, the History museum will boost the economic status of our area by attracting tourists. As the visitor’s inflow increases, this will lead to improved economy which can in turn be utilized for many budding initiatives which takes care of our people. In my opinion, option A would be better for our town. Even though the History Museum would attract some tourists and increase the income of our town, a Swimming Pool would improve the practicing of sports by kids and adults. Firstly, our town does not have many facilities for the sake of sports practicing. More often than not, we had observe some families complain about the lack of sports facilities and moving to other cities nearby after their kids are on the junior high school age. According to school board, we have 25% less registration on the school around that age. Additionally, our town presents a high incidence of obesity considering the adult population. That would be the cause of several health problems in our population. For example, our ex-mayor passed away last month because of an overweight-related disease. The presence of swimming pool would increase the life quality of population and reduce our expenses with public health policies. Considering these reasons, I believe the Swimming Pool would be the option that would be beneficially impact everyone´s life style. Again, this is my personal opinion; however, I would support whatever decision is taken.

In my opinion option A would be better for our town, right now, our town has 1000 people and I think that is the perfect size. If we get a History museum it can’t be visited often and it will attract a lot of new residents, and town will soon become crowded. In my opinion, for our cozy town it will be better to build a swimming pool. I have several reasons for that. The first one: we have wonderful History Museum in neighboring city near us. Therefore, as I think, our town should not spend money for another one. Second reason for swimming pool is: all people of our community will have possibility to spent time activly during all year. Especially it important in our long winter time. Also, in one building with swimming pool it possible to build a sauna and a steam room, what it will be very healthy for our people. In my opinion, I prefer option A swimming pool. History museum sounds very educational and it could be a way to meet some interesting people, but I love swimming more in personal and I feel that a swimming pool may fit more in our community. The first reason for my choice is that a swimming pool will be a place for lots of neighbors to hang out after dinner or work. For history museum, I need a whole afternoon or at least one hour to go through all the art. I love art, but I don’t actually want to live near a history museum. The second reason for a museum is that attracts lots of people from other area of the city. The traffic will be bad and the restaurant will increase the price.
