Maybe if it were one of the top teams in the premier league they would. The space appears to be there to build that final stand to make it uniformed with the rest of the stadium. The design of the stadium is very similar to St. James’s park. I’m sure if they could given the new ownership they would but due to the location it would prove hard for them. Celtic park could be done in a similar way to that of what they’ve done at Anfield with no interruption to match day capacity. Build behind the stand itself and then over it. All the rest could be done in the off season.

It's a bit. Like old Trafford , Celtic should play in the English league cup , because them or rangers will almost win the league every year, the league cup would be a challenge against the football league and premier League team, entry at the 3rd round like the European teams
