Top notch vids. Your vintage plane videos inspired me to start building these 1930s and 40s models after a 40 year break. Do you still build or fly balsa planes and if you do could you make a video on your collection? Cheers from B.C. Canada

+Vintage Balsa Hi BC, Don’t build or fly model aeroplanes any more, last build was 2007 a Ben Buckle Buccaneer. Last flight was 2011. You may have triggered a new project, I do still have a number of interesting vintage modelaircraft in storage. Will try and feature them one by one on a walk around basis, could be aninteresting mix of video/photos.If I do get started will begin with the Vic Smeed Electra, I built one of these in 1954 when the plan first came out fitted it with an ED Racer engine and ED Boomerang radio. The one I have now was built from a plan in 2005 by the late Richard Bavin and is electric powered with Multiplex Royal Evo guidanceSubject to what it comes out of storage like? bwf

+celticmemoriesbwf Looking forward to seeing your own models. If you can dig up any photos of your planes from the 50s that would be awesome, thanks.
