Sam and Peyton Pritchard take turns in that sense plus his defense is underrated imagine bringing in a Ben simmons-like player for more money but as locker room problems and ego problems not to mention his inconsistency as a shooter. It's actually next season that the Celtics may have to trade 1 or 2 of their top 8 to reduce payroll. It's most likely that they would part with Holiday or Porzingus because of age, injuries, and years left on their contracts. But in reality...they may have to throw in Hauser or Pritchard to spice up a deal to not take back much salary in return.

I like Hauser, but I don’t know that he has as important a role this year. He’s not a real replacement for Tatum or Brown if they get hurt, and Pritchard is ahead of him as a guard. If we can get a tough athletic forward who can drive to the hoop and collapse the defense like Brown does, it might be more valuable.

Brad Stevens is known for making trades that end up looking like the other team got fleeced. This will probably be Al Horford's last season. That will definitely free up cap space...
