Jayson Tatum finished with 36 points but the main story was Jaylen Brown's contested three-point make to force OT. Colin Cowherd reacts to the Celtics' close win, then explains why they showed they will not be a dynasty if they win the NBA Finals. Colin, ive been lifelong listener back when you were doing radio for espn. But for the first time in recent months you are losing the plot here. I know you have hot takes and willing to accept when you are wrong, however, recently you have been obsessed with being way ahead of the curve. Setting yourself up for sucess if you are proven right. This one takes the cake though, sports shows ultimately make money because of the fans. And with this take, you are legitamely taking away the joy from fans looking to celebrating a championship in the present. Let fans have at least the moment of appreciating a title. The Celtics will be lucky to win this series let alone beat the West. 2 players on the Celtics are 6'9" or taller with KP hurt. Horford and Kornet Also, even though the Celtics took more 3s and the Pacers hit theirs at a higher percentage, the Pacers still only had 2 Ft attempts midway in the 4th while the Celtics had like 20 if I remember correctly. These dudes love being right so they have a selective viewing when watching the game. I'm a Rockets fan. No dog in this fight. What I saw was the Pacers were seeking out their bigs in the second half. Watch the game again. Screen&Roll with whoever Horford or Kornet was on. That's why the Celtics had to switch to a zone. That confused this young Pacer team. At the end, I think the fatigue from playing that NY series got to them.

Celtics just don’t have a real high end talent on their team. Just don’t believe in Tatum. Hope Tatum proves me wrong, because seems like a good guy, but I agree with all the other people who say Tatum is just not that great. Just really good. Meanwhile Indiana can play like they got nothing to lose.
