The foundation does not need to be that deep or wide and they even have steel mesh not for a timber frame.

22000 gbp with the base plate included? Or you had done the footing before and they came and installed the sips?

Don’t touch these guys started an extension in July 2023 still not completed one of their so called vetted and trained builders grossly overcharged us we have been in touch with the company and have gotten no satisfaction whatsoever
