CEM 3340 VCO shootout

Doepfer ones sound like Doepfer or Rev2, slightly more punchy and hard. ES sounds like Prophet 6. More vintage, a little anemic on the saw and slightly more refined. I wonder how Timo Rozendal CEM3340 sounds...did you have a chance to hear it?

Really nice demo, I’m really looking for a small 3340 for my rack, the behringer system 100 are to big. Oh, you got the stochastic sequencer, I’m trying to buy it, but they don’t even answer my mail, guess they are crowded. Thanx for the demo

Befaco Bananuts. Available at most Eurorack stores that sell Befaco, e.g. Perfect Circuit, Thonk.

To my ears the ES sounded more compressed than the Doepfer, a bit muffled whereas the Doepfer sounded very open. But man the ES nails the Nintendo organ sounds. Felt like I was in Castlevania. I need one now.
