Hey, I am a lab engineer and I have been using dragon in OS in teaching for all our SDR projects to by pass the lengthy driver installation process. Thank you so much for all the hard work that has enabled us to jumpstart our lectures, your efforts are highly appreciated.

@@cemaxecuter7783 Certainly, I assigned my students a two step project. The first step was about building an FM voice transceiver using gnuradio where one USRP acted as the TX and an RTL SDR as the RX. The second step covered the same topic but using digital modulation with receiver synchronization. Again, I really cannot emphasize how achieving this was basically impossible due to the limited time we had and the complexity of getting gnuradio and other softwares configured on my student’s computers before the term has passed. Thank you so much for all the amazing work.

Just wanna say thanks for the Dragon Os and I just wanna ask I have a single problem with gnu radio I keep getting that in the last number of seconds 1 overflow occurred

I've been looking to install Trunking Recorder as well as RDIO Scanner to my DragonOS rig to supplement SDRTrunk. I looked in my /usr/src directory for Trunking Recorder and didn't find it. Different directory?? I'm running a fairly recent DragonOS installation...probably within the last 2-3 months. Thanks!

Oh gotcha, that’s my bad I don’t think I installed it native yet. Thank you for the reminder! I’ll make another package tonight. Meantime just type sudo apt install sdrtrunk. You should pull it from my ppa.

Hey, what antenna did you use?

I think it was just one of the KrakenSDR antennas I had laying around. Like a mag mount that covered the range pretty well.
