Cement Plant (Despatch) Automation

Automation starts from Truck Parking Yard.
Logistic office(CLAR preparation office) will issue RFID card / TAG for all the trucks.
RFID card/Tag number will be linked with truck’s DO in Logistic office(CLAR preparation office)- One stop entry.
Automatic Truck calling at truck yard.(according to packer availability)
DO and RFID card(incase of RFID Card) will be collected from main gate by truck driver.
1st weight measurement at weighbridge - fully automated no man process.
Packer - Loader number allotted automatically for trucks and displayed in Packing plant truck yard Jumbo Display.
Current on going truck and next truck information's will be displayed in packer floor and loader area.
Truck placement in loading bay as displayed in packing plant Truck yard display.
Driver will swipe the card in loading point reader/ In case of Tag, Tag will be automatically sensed by the UHF reader.
Diverter position, Bag counting and MRP printing is fully automated - Noneed enter set point ,MRP and to change diverter position.
After loading - 2nd weight measurement at weighbridge - fully automated no man process
Gate out- RFID card has to be returned by the driver incase of RFID card.
