I know he's spent much of his life fighting pollution affecting marginalized communities around the world. To be clear, the US has no mutual defense treaty with Israel - it never has. It also does not have one with Ukraine or with the so-called republic of China, Taiwan.. it had one with Taipei for 30 years but broke that treaty in 1979 when it officially stopped recognizing the government in Taipei and switched recognition to Beijing. There are a lot of people walking around ignorant of these facts

Since the majority of US population is anti genocide he loses a major, major, major number of that population. His pandering to Israel before Oct. 7 was dissappointing, but not a major vote killer. But his "double down" pandering to Israel made him pro Genocide after Oct. 7, which sealed his loser fate this election cycle. In Glen Grenwald's interview of his V.P. pick last week we sensed that she also does not have her heart in his Israel pandering either. Yes if he stood a ghost of a chance in hell to become POTUS his pandering stance re. Israel destroyed that chance after Oct. 7 2023 .
