Hi... I don't have enough words to thank you for this wonderful recipe, especially roti & poori. Because of lockdown, we were getting ripened bananas only here in my part of Delhi. Also, due to summer's heat, they would perish next day. Of course, I was making paddu; but my people were tired of eating the sweet one. Now, with the recipes you have shared, I think I can make chapathis & use the bananas properly. Thank you

Cake, or Blend or Mash Banana with some sugar thick liquid and add other fruits to it . Fruits salad without custard
