I could never, anxiety too high, but thanks so much for sharing this experience.

Hi Dana, thanks for replying. I get it. I’m glad you enjoyed it. Aren’t the rock formations cool?

Hi Just watched my “Friday night” video, superb as always, thank you. How did the skull get to the bottom of this cave? And is there a rumour of whose head it is? Ps, hope your well.

Hi Kay! No one around here seems to know anything about it. Things are going very well though, I'm in Playa right now learning a new dive technology... very challenging.

Hello my friend 👍😁 Once again thank you for sharing this ethereal and beautiful landscape. The choice of music , videography and editing is as usual superb, I can't imagine how much "work" these videos take to produce. 👏 What is the name of this cenote?. As there are sacred artifacts, do you need special permission to dive there?. Wishing you well 😁🤿

Hi Vincent! Good to "see" you. Did you stay to the end? I know a lot of people don't but I did purposely go see the skull last 😂 Once again, thank you for the compliments. The videos do take a while to put together but the narrated videos are killer. I would say it doubles if not triples my time. 2023 is going to be a tough year as I navigate towards my new project. This particular cenote is called Dzonbakal and I dive this one plus it's sister cenote quite frequently. You don't need special permission to dive there but there is an entry fee (currently $150 pesos) and everyone is very nice. With regard to the skull and other items in all the cenotes the rule of thumb is to not disturb them in any way but sadly some tourists do.... however not in my presence. Like you mentioned, these are special places that need to be treated with respect, plus, I don't want to wreck the experience for anyone else. This dive, (the main cave) starts at 55m and is special to me because this is the first cave where I had my first "deco" dive, and it was the first time where I got "narc'd". I actually called the dive and never went into the cave because I wasn't sure what was happening but I just seemed way too interested in my pretty lights 🤣

Does your dive partner have another color for his shorts other than the blue ones? :-)

🤣 That’s awesome! Actually I don’t think he does. In fact in the videos where he’s wearing a full wetsuit… those shorts are underneath! I tend to dive with a core group and we all seem to be very routine based. I too have one pair of shorts I dive in. I also wash them frequently. I love the fact that you pointed that out, it means you watch my videos 🤣 Thank you, I appreciate it.
