Hello centennial, I’ve gotten a mail from centennial that I’ve gotten my PAL since may 6th but since then tikl now it hasn’t come in my BorderPass document vault and I’ve submitted the other required documents, please what’s wrong or what should I do?

Hi, there. We have already begun issuing PALs for the September Semester, though it may take time for students to receive them, since they come from the Government, and not the College.

Hi, there. Technically, it's the Government of Ontario issuing them, not us. However, if you've applied, we've been issuing them to students starting with the September semester. That being said, there's a long wait time (but not so long that you can't start in September), so you can expect it to take a bit of time.
