Center of personal power: Reiki for the solar plexus chakra

The Solar Plexus chakra is the center of our power, identity and ego. It governs our authentic selves & our life choices.
It is symbolized with the colour yellow and is located in the abdomen above the navel.
When this chakra is in balance, a person exudes confidence and is strongly self motivated. If it is blocked, you may feel low self-esteem and trouble making decisions, causing you to constantly second guess yourself.
It also is associated with the adrenal glands, which regulate cortisol and stress levels.
During this session, you may visualize a bright, white light emitting from your center, containing to get brighter and brighter as it collects more energy.
This is a NO talking, real time reiki session.
All you must do to receive this energy is be open to receiving it.

Hey, just wanted to offer a bit of feedback again to show my thanks for your work. I've been on the Spiritual Path for about 7 years now and have come to a place of Stillness in which this form is just a momentary appearance. A deep warm Spaciousness arose within the chest, and tingling in the fingers and the tip of the nose. There seems to still be some energetic blockage here focused around the throat chakra, and I find your sessions always continue to "loosen up" some of that stagnation. Thanks again.
