Your point of view seems interesting to me, you focus only on the commercial part. On the other hand, my point of view is purely technical. Carver One was launched in the economic crisis of 2008. At that time, even Apple couldn't do anything with its gorgeous, expensive phones. The Carver One concept also failed to enter the market. humm, well I do not know what type of support you would need, but perhaps to deal with the type of engine selected, I suggest to use a 250cc cvt, to all the way up to a 650cc cvt and forgo the motorcycle engine as it is expensive to maintain, in this way you allow the owners to take care of the vehicle at home, the electric idea seems good at the start but then the prices will get to be pretty prohibitive for most of the planet, so unless you are rich like Elon Musk, I say go with a affordable model and build from there your capital, I say focus on the bmw c1, as its the only bike where the driver can forgo the use of a helmet, because it was made to be safe vs frontal collision... yet try to make it more affordable than the BMW c1 or the Chinese will clone it and dominate... perhaps your best approach would be to use parts already been manufactured in china, and forgo fancy gizmos that will only increase price, and yes after all the suggestions, I expect that you will send me one for free, idea, start with a vehicle made for inner city transit, so small cvt engine, perhaps white paint and white interiors to prevent excessive heat build up, fiber glass body can be done with not much trouble and it doesn't over heat like metal panels, or you could use the sort of panels done in china, that are made with some sort of plastic,... Plexiglas could be a good option for windows, yet it scraches easily, or go for the type offered by Chinese manufacturers, for head lights I say pic a design that conceals the front light or you risk creating something that is left exposed to be hit by anything, I suggest looking at the Honda helix, vs the Suzuki gemma, vs Yamaha Morpheus, the cabin seems to low, looks like a sports car, most of them are uncomfortable, so perhaps a taller seat position will provide comfort for your legs, comfort always wins, ok, I hope that with my support already provided in this comment section, you have the info needed to solve most of the complex decisions

Breadth should should be contracted by 90 percent but expanded by as needed but length and height should be two decker seat with 6 ft long extension folding with contraction and expansion seat if needed but on single charge with hybrid with milege on electric single charge with more than1300km with battery 56 kW and motor 34 kw

I'm a fan of the carver but it has too many downsides at the moment, underpowered drive train (This concept is overpowered, if anything), it's higher off the ground than this one, saying this is a ripoff is also saying that cars rip-off from eachother.. it's a vehicle type.

It may be so, but the vehicle has never hit mainstream, so to see other car companies actually trying to put this vehicle on the market for mass appeal is something that VanDenBrink has missed its mark on. VanDenBrink can still make the Carver vehicle on the market and i'm not talking about the scooter version.
