Reaching Beyond Religious Fundamentalism to the True Love of God and Self ❤

Thank you for this lovely meditation. In my experience with contemplative prayer, it has been taught as a silent practice that gives the participant a chance to focus on the inhale, exhale, and the word or phrase that they’ve chosen. The music, while beautiful and full of lovely lyrics, became a distraction to the contemplative feel.

Thank you. This beautiful song is now going round in my head. Which is helping me to centre myself. 🙏

Such a beautiful way to meditate. It's very different from any I other that Ive experienced before. I keep replaying it to fully absorb the meaningful words. They will soon come into my thoughts naturally, then I can use them whenever I need to. Thank you. ❤

Hi, I like parts of this and I think there’s a lot to grow. I’ve had a lot of meditation teachers and I’d want beginners to see the simplicity of meditation. The intention here feels pure. I would definitely not mix a “language meditation” with “language music”. Throw in a visual of a video composed of different cuts and there’s a lot going on. Also I’d stick to saying”word” or “word or phrase” but don’t mix them up. Again, keep it simple. Thanks and I hope this is useful advice for the next one. Again, great stuff to help beginners through.

The vocals were distracting foe the meditation :-/

You really don't require a songs with words for entering prayer...as it will prompt the mind to think thoughts and play a film in your head. Either silence or very gentle instrumental\ambient but words are distracting. Just a suggestion.

We're glad you gave it a try! Different things center different people and that's okay!
